Stephane O (es) wrote: This comedy made me discover Abba again. The singer's voices are far from great, but in no way does this harm the unforgettable songs of Abba.

Jeremy R (es) wrote: This movie sucks nuts.

Jacob G (de) wrote: Two-and-a-half stars for the beautiful, engaging animation. Zero stars for everything else. Slow moving works when you have great characters to back it up. However, the characters presented in this are dull and lifeless. The one character that might have brought a spark to the movie ends up being presented as nothing more than a stereotype. Oh well. It is really cheap used online, so it is worth the price of admission for the visuals.

Patrick D (kr) wrote: I can't quite decide whether the 'film as stage play' conceit is inventive or just missing the point of cinema (after all, if Von Trier wanted to write a play, he could have done...)

Tim M (jp) wrote: I'm so conflicted on this movie. Kevin Smith is from the town next door, we grew up around the same time, and the film is set about 10 minutes from home. The film starts off slow, but picks up steam. The acting is horrible, but the writing is sharp and often funny. The humor is sophomoric, but the moments it's not it's LOL funny. In the end, the concept is original enough to merit a soft recommendation.

Jason S (br) wrote: Love the set up and I he first 3/4's of the film but the ending lost me

Andy F (ru) wrote: Much more of a soap opera than a "thriller," or "spy movie," Half Moon Street was less intelligent than it was billed. Entertaining to a certain extent, but full of cheesy romantic lines and predictability. Oh, and lots of implied sex. She is a prostitute, after all.
