20th Century Boys 1: Beginning of the End torrent reviews

Tony T (de) wrote: Shot like a b-movie or made for Lifetime movie, it's over plotted and bad a acting. Offers very little twist to a predictable story.

Jason H (es) wrote: Surprisingly good. I had no idea what I was about to watch but it ended up being a musical about young people growing up in the 50's in Russia. I normally hate musicals but watching this with subtitles made it tolerable.

Amanda L (ag) wrote: fantastic film, full of twists and turns.

jeremy w (de) wrote: Danny Deckchair is quite foolish but kind of fun at the same time. It is not a very deep story and is really unrealistic but it is, just a movie. The acting is alright the story has its funny parts and sweet parts and the directing was nice. If you are looking for a comedy with a touch of romance you found one here. Danny (Rhys Ifan) is a quirky scruffy looking Australian construction worker who gets fed up with his relationship and life, and is need of change. His sexy girlfriend Trudy (Justine Clarke) is a self-centered real estate agent who is out to make a buck and name for herself. On one afternoon while board he gets a bunch of balloons from a friend and ties them onto a deck chair and lifts of on an unknown journey. After landing in a far off town in the backyard of a local female policeman named Glenda (Miranda Otto), he gets twisted up in lies but must ultimately deal with his past. After seeing this for the second time I still like it just as much as before. There is not much to say great about this one, its just a little better than average in my opinion. When held up against stories that came out lately that are similar, which I kind of feel this is a comedy/romance its cute. This film is roughly like a true event that happened in 1982 when a truck driver tied balloons to a lawn chair. The crazy things people blows me away sometimes. This is not a must see but anyone looking for an odd film that is sweet and you get the chance check it out. I liked it. 2 nominations

Dave J (de) wrote: Monday, June 9, 2014 (1955) Davy Crockett, The King Of The Wild Frontier WESTERN ADVENTURE The first of four movies from Disney generalizing the adventures of Davy Crockett with Fess Parker playing role with Buddy Ebsen (Beverly Hillbillies television show) playing the sidekick as George Russel. What's great about this particular movie is that it cuts to the chase, as it's running the story along without a whole lot of sentimental hogwash. 3 out of 4 stars

Maarten V (ca) wrote: This is supposedly a classic that one should have seen, but there is nothing exceptional about this film...it is entertaining though, so no loss in watching it either.

Michael F (ru) wrote: Not as good as Super Troopers, but still Beerfest is a great movie for fans of Broken Lizard. I think it was a tad bit rushed and more like a lot of other generic comedies out there rather than possessing the cult-like humor that Super Troopers did. Definitely a favorite of mine though.
