Sarah J (es) wrote: It was a very good movie. Tarzan shows the true struggle of returning to his home and dealing with everything he left behind. The pictures and visual effects in this film is very good. Its fun to watch him go from a civilized man back to being Tarzan. The love of Tarzan and Jane is inspiring. This character of Jane is strong and independent. Even when captured you feel as if she can hold her own. Samuel Jackson is a little silly in this. With his age he would not of been able to keep up with Tarzan. Although he does get left behind and they show his struggle, Tarzan would of left him in the dust to get Jane. It's unrealistic that he would slow for his friend. The best part of this character is there friendship. This movie is good and worth watching.

Asa B (mx) wrote: Totally bonkers and a highly unexpected storyline. This swerves from laughter to horror in a heartbeat, keeping you hooked to the very end.

TTT C (de) wrote: (** 1/2): Thumbs Down Huppert gives another fine performance but Louis Garrel (as her son) annoyed me greatly and made me dislike the film. A near-miss.

Jacob B (kr) wrote: Elf occasionally has some uneven moments but Will Ferrell's performance, plenty of laughs and even a little bit of charm to it make it a better-than-average Christmas movie in one of Ferrell's most unforgettable roles to date...and that unforgettable role is in one of his more family-friendly offerings.

Andy T (de) wrote: This extension of Cowboy Bebop is exactly what fans want from the original series, full of action and focus on the complex lead character, even though it toned down the humour that made the series fun to watch.

Jonathan B (fr) wrote: One of the best documentaries I've ever seen.

Lindsay M (kr) wrote: Thank god I am not a critic I loved the movie

Ben L (ru) wrote: Make no mistake, this movie is bad. It might be one of the most misguided Christmas movies I've seen. First of all it starts with the standard trope from 90s movies where we are told a parent is bad because they have a full-time job. It is accentuated because they miss some event in their child's life, and despite all appearances that they do have genuine love for the child after the fact, missing this event means they are completely misguided and need to do something to prove they are worthy of being a parent. It is so overused that I find myself rolling my eyes before they even hit the 15 minute mark in Jingle All the Way. The crazy part of this movie is that from there it only goes downhill. Arnold's willingness to use any means necessary to get a particular toy for his son leads him through a series of downright farcical scenarios that would be hard to buy even in a cartoon. The sad part is its not heart-warming, it doesn't seem motivated by love, it is almost a celebration of commercialism. I'm convinced the only way to get through Jingle All the Way is to watch it with a group of friends who will make fun of it with you, because the story is just too depressing and annoying to watch without adding your own humor. Perhaps the only bright spot is a super creepy performance by Phil Hartman, who always knows how to commit to a role even when the material is terrible. Save yourself the trouble...do not waste your time on this sorry excuse for a Christmas movie.

Andre Z (ru) wrote: Wow...an animation about hurt animals that does not try to brainwash you into joining the PETA terrorist squad, yet provokes genuine compassion? An animation where animals actually behave like animals? A sotryline that grasps your attention until the end of the film. This was actually really good!

Jonas M (nl) wrote: Highly recommended. A great movie for those always "rooting for the underdog." A good reminder to strive to be the real you and resist the social pressures to be someone you are not.

Craig B (ag) wrote: Extraordinary transformation of Frank Langella into Richard Nixon!

Andres G (gb) wrote: Quite forgettable.Eastwood is still good as Harry, OK in the direction and the new thing is to have a woman as the main criminal but that's it.80's music arrive to wipe out one of the few things that were good about these movies. The plot is really bad. Quite an example of early 80's movies.

John Eric D (ru) wrote: A low budget straight to dvd film, good acting, not bad, alcohol required of course.

Giorgio D (it) wrote: Nice kung-fu movie if you like Jet-Li and the aesthetics of a kung fu action movie with a sci-fi theme. Critics were too hard on this one!
