Anders A (nl) wrote: Expendable high end action, done proper and well. Mission Impossible series are comparable to James Bond, just minus the "stylism". In terms of budget and production costs, it really pays off in gripping action stunts.
Nader H (mx) wrote: Frank Langella shines in this. It may not be totally accurate to what actually happened, but Ron Howard does a good job of making an engaging movie first while still retaining the spirit of the history.
Jonny H (nl) wrote: Interesting idea, though no much of a story. The whole movie is just, depressing. I think someone before me had a review saying that it was depressing. I couldn't agree more. I didn't like the lines, nor the ending, hence the low points, but the director/actors did do a great job conveying the emotional madness that may have been experienced during their first 'therapy' session.
Sarah H (ca) wrote: Pretty much Hitch, only rated R. The ending had a different twist, but I wouldn't go so far as to say that's really a good thing. It was funny, but I'm trying to figure out how a kid came across cat pee, when I'm hoping his uses the litter box.

JD (jp) wrote: Wow this movie actually managed to be worse than the first Heavy Metal! So here we go again bringing us another Heavy Metal movie, which like in the first one this movie has even more nudity which is pointless and ugly animation which is a bummer because that was one of the only things I actually liked about the first one. Heavy Metal 2000 gives us an ugly animated movie about one main story, unlike in the first one which gave us several stories. It's funny because I actually hated the several stories in the first Heavy Metal movie, but this one story in this movie was so damn bad I would rather watch those several pointless stories that I saw in the first Heavy Metal. The first Heavy Metal movie was not good at all, but at least it had some positive things about it, this movie has nothing and that's what this movie is a big fat nothing. I wouldn't recommend this movie to animation fans or even Heavy Metal fans because this movie is incredibly stupid.

Jesse F (es) wrote: A great peak-period slasher film. It has blood, gore, nudity, some fun death scenes and a hilarious lesbian vibe from two characters.

Shounak B (kr) wrote: This film can be represented as an exact example of a person's reaction and destruction of own self under the pressure of circumstantial incidents. The protagonist,or you may say the anti hero as recently completes his Time and goes out after a long time. But his past life, his habits don't make him free and from that point, in spite of his desperation to start a normal life, he can't help to do wrongful job again and during then,he even impressed a girl by his offensive personality. Very maturely handled, this film tells a realistic story a charter having eccentric behavior.

Ryan A (nl) wrote: What I got to say about "National Treasure" is that it's an okay of a movie. "It has some entertaining action sequences and humor as well." The performances by the cast is fine. The directing by Jon Turteltaub is fine. The screenplay by Cormac Wibberly, Marianne Wibberly and Jim Kouf is okay. The cinematography is good. The score by Trevor Rabin is excellent. Finally, the effects are good as well. "I have to report that "National Treasure" is no treasure, but it's a fun ride for those who can forgive it's highly improbable plot."
