A coming of age romantic comedy centered around the lives of twin brothers Luke and Corey Frankenstein in the pivotal months following college graduation. Orphaned at the age of five, the brothers inherited their family brewery and were left in the care of their uncle, a well-meaning but less than ideal paternal figure. Raised on beer, with the assumption they're all grown up, Luke and Corey decide it's time to finish their family beer; a beer their parents started but were never able to finish twenty years ago. But when the idealistic Luke meets a girl whose family shows him the home life he's always wanted, he abandons Corey and their family beer in pursuit of this budding relationship. Corey, however, refuses to go down without a fight, and the ensuing mayhem that follows pits brother against brother and forces the Colorado wild boys to finally grow up and decide what kind of men they really want to be.

Andrew M (it) wrote: Its a cute movie. Its fun, has a lot of good laughs, and a good message about family, love and laughter. What the holiday is truly about.
Kelly L (it) wrote: A ridiculous movie with a ridiculous premise but the ride was kinda interesting. Judd must have needed a payday and Kaufman must have been asleep at the wheel.
WS W (br) wrote: Ok fine, there was a message agenda; but it was still dragging, dragging, and- dragging. Below average directing & writing.

Paul A (ag) wrote: wasn't a very good movie, very childish for a PG-13, reminds me of Billie Madison, except inappropriate for kids. I thought some parts were funny like the little dog being a huge jeopardy fan. that had me laughing a few times. it had somewhat funny moments which reminded me of South Park which I liked. (ALOT of the jokes were childish though) definitely not a movie worth watching. Acting was mediocre.

Refusing to go to prison, he does whatever he can to avoid being transported including crashing a plane, in which much of the movie is about their survival in the Arctic and their journey back home. It is then when Hauer's character develops into something worthwhile, while the viewer spends most of the movie determining how they feel about him. Is he doing it just to find a way out, or is it redemption? Decent film that carries well throughout.

Detective Dixon has tried to live a life for justice, bringing in those who would become like his father; but like his father, he has a bad temper. His temper leads to him going too far while fighting a crook and killing him. Can he frame other criminals for the murder or will he be found guilty of the heinous crime?"I'll fix your head.""I suggest you use an ax."Otto Preminger, director of Laura, Anatomy of Murder, Exodus, The Man with the Golden Arm, Carmen Jones, A Royal Scandal, and Fallen Angel, delivers Where the Sidewalk Ends. The storyline for this picture is very unique and unpredictable. The characters are very well written and delivered and the acting was first rate. The cast includes Dana Andrews, Gene Tierney, Gary Merrill, Karl Malden, and Bert Feed."You want to see him for what he is, which is definitely a jerk."I DVR'd this picture off Turner Classic Movies (TCM) because I have become a fan of Otto Preminger. He reminds me slightly of Hitchcock the way he delivery suspense in his thrillers. This is definitely not one of his best projects, but the dynamics between characters is interesting and the main character is very unpredictable. I would recommend watching this once if you're a fan of the classics but I wouldn't add it to my DVD collection."You let me go or I'll paste you."Grade: B-
