(Okay, except that that scene with the ring and the cup lacked the pure slick of Buster Keaton, but had all of the heart. And didn't the last film end with Munna getting married to his childhood sweetheart? I mean, huh?)

While I was largely influenced by Disney as a child, Ice Age was a fundamental classic of mine and how I first got to know the studio itself. A well produced storyline mixed with good, adventurous music. Great slapstick humor and side jokes throughout, making it one of the better animated movies comedy-wise. Well thought out and quite an epic and heartwarming adventure while also a memorable beginning for the studio and the entire 3D animated scheme.

Everyone in my third grade class wanted to see this movie, and if you have, you were one of the cool kids. What with how "edgy" the movie was, what with the Victoria's Secret scene and the cussing, it was a big deal if you were allowed to see it. That's how big the movie was.Now that I'm in high school, and am watching this movie again, I now notice all the stereotypes, the Kevin James clich (C)s, the many fat jokes, the plot holes. So here's what I have to say... I STILL LOVE IT! And I still wish for a bloody Segway!Wade's Wating: B-
