Adam L (jp) wrote: This film is literally so terrible I cannot be bothered to write about it. About time this franchise was rebooted into something worth seeing...

Paul C (mx) wrote: Well-done, surprisingly fresh take on the slasher film. Interesting characters (both killer and victims) and excellent gore effects. Good sense of humor a bonus (not over the top and not self-referential). Well worth a peak for the fan of slasher films and even for those on the fence about them.

Brian C (de) wrote: Enjoyable but seriously flawed. My beefs: Hoppers gay leprechaun accent, Poor Man's TPac - sorry just way too forced to even be believable, the women - zero characterization at all.The story however (what there was anyway) was good...and with a very bare bones premise, it should have shone with the characters. Sometimes it did. other times not so much.Only when the one guy started putting on lipstick did things get really interesting. And the last moment...oh yeah. That was amazing.

Mike B (gb) wrote: Mildly entertaining, despite Cage's over-the-top performance. Not great.

Allan C (br) wrote: Great cast is wasted in this pretensions remake of Kurosawa's brilliant "Rashomon". Nice black and white photography and Edward G. Robinson are the only reason to watch this mess (or to see William Shatner as a priest if that's your sort of thing).

Bill B (ca) wrote: Having come to this late, as in after I'd seen Kill Bill, I have to say that while I enjoyed it, I also have to admit that I honestly prefer Tarantino's interpolation of the story elements with his tale of The Bride.I know this is likely blasphemy to some, but I'm just being honest. It's watchable for me, but the other films that it inspired definitely mean more to me in the long run.Worth a rental for sure.

Dan M (kr) wrote: Excellent suspense thriller that kept me on the edge of my seat! Audrey Hepburn is beautiful, classy and a great heroine that really made me care for her character. There were some good surprises that made me jump. Great movie!

Alfredo S (ru) wrote: Animal Farm is a dark and intelligent nicely animated feature that gives a powerful message and tackles a subject matter in an entertaining and creative way, all while being faithful to its source material (excluding its ending)
