Scott R (us) wrote: Not bad for what they had to work with. It was an oddly musical western with the chuck a luck song keeping the beat. I almost stopped watching, but a thickening in the plot and I couldn't stop. It might be the youngest jack elam I've seen. Dietrich had her moments and Ferrer had a good presence, Kennedy was good but a little forced.

This is a film that everyone should see in their lifetime!- Watched this again for the 2nd time within a year and with my 5yr old niece. Such a lovely film and looks stunning on Blu-Ray. Highly recommended!- This is one of Chaplin's masterpieces...Brando, Kubrick, Ebert, Scorsese all think this is Chaplin's best film, I tend to agree. I hadn't seen it in a long time and didn't remember it well, so it was nice to revisit it on Blu-ray, after it had a 4k digital restoration, it's hard to believe the film is over 80yrs old! The film contains one of my favourite Chaplin bits, which is his boxing match, it's hilarious, and was one of his own favourite scenes as well. If you've never seen this film, see k it our, it's a MUST watch!

Movie could've been over in 30 minutes if the girl would just stop talking and walk away from the douche. Justin Long should've stayed with that chick he met at South Harmon Institute of Technology. Go S.H.I.T. Sandwiches!

That's not what these movies are all about...just watch them with to get a good laugh if not at the movie itself at how bad the acting is or how badly made the film is.Watching Black Dynamite made me want to go back and watch this film again...so I did. This was my first attempt at a blaxploitation film and I loved it!!! Definitely need to see more!!!
