WS W (us) wrote: Funny: for its inside-out awkwardness plus oddness.

Chippy 2 (us) wrote: This film is so bad it's quite easily described. Just replace the word 'Love' in the title with 'nothing' and that will tell you everything you need to know.

Daniel M (ca) wrote: I remember loving this movie as a child, but now that I know much more about the life of Lee, I realized how much this movie sucked. So many details were altered and I didn't understand why they fully assumed that Lee was killed by a demon curse. And the at he broke his back? Way too much was altered for my taste. That's a pretty bold statement to make, especially since it's the less likely way he died. The actor had Lee's physic which impressed me, but his portrayal of Lee didn't. This movie focused on all the wrong things about his life. 2/5

Pavandeep S (es) wrote: The killings in this film is one of the finest in Fulci's films. Worth watching for that reason and overall, it really is rather more campy overall, with a silly plot and overall, a nice feel to the whole film brings about the fantastic killings much more, also, the fact that the film is short is good too, it really has little in the way of it.

Walfy W (ca) wrote: I do not agree at all with the opinions expressed in the Flixter synopsis. Really an excellent movie! Mystery, drama, and loads of comedy.

Tim M (de) wrote: One armed swordsman Yu Wang directs and stars in "one of the finest tournament films ever made". He changed things up a bit, being a one armed boxer. The master of the flying guillotine is, of course, blind. "A gem of its genre." Includes inspiration for Dhalsim's long arms and Woo's trademark birds. Hard to believe they call it an "ultimate edition" with so much strobe lighting and scratches. "Snags the viewer's attention by lacing its martial-arts high jinks with a compelling weirdness."

Tom S (de) wrote: Of all th great features of this film, the music stands out- in my humble opinion, the greatest original film score ever written. I recall seeing it at Cinerama Dome in LA in 1962- changed my whole outlook on movies. The open credit sequence alone, with it s famous pounding and driving theme so perfectly evocative of the American West, was worth the price of admission. They don't make 'em like this anymore- even if there are no rapids on the Ohio River...

monsieur r (ru) wrote: A way to long film of the fight to establish the nation of Israel. Skrimish fighting makes for some mildly interesting combat. If you like Hebrew, watch this film. Otherwise, try to ignore the dialog. The scenes with Sinatra, although very few, are token at best. Yul Brenner does an admirable job as always as the closest thing to a military mind at the time. John Wayne, the blow hard as always, thinks he's still in The Longest Day. A valiant effort to capture the thrilling days of yesteryear, this is more a narrative of our foreign involvement in other peoples business that has torn America apart for nearly a century.

Digger M (ca) wrote: Not much to a story-line but "9 songs" is about the relationship between two people and how they share their time together. Its part romance and part porno but the porn was done very tasteful [Thankfully] and kinda gave this feeling that there was love in it and not just something to be thrown away.
