Ain't No Tomorrows

Ain't No Tomorrows

Based on a manga by Saso Akira, the film caters to a high school or older audience, marked by the frequent addition of profanity, nudity, and scenes of (mostly attempted) sex. It is an unexpectedly dark film, with infrequent scenes of comedy that may make you chuckle, but not laugh. Ain't No Tomorrows is not the most likable film out there, but it is not completely dissatisfying. It is a film that succeeds in establishing itself as unique and apart from the typical teenage drama, but feels like a surface film–one that should not be thought too deeply about.

Ain't No Tomorrows torrent reviews

Tom H (kr) wrote: So-so drama cum romance that has its moments but lacks that decisive something that makes it great. Excellent cast delivers strong performances. The reality of the story line is a downer but absolutely refreshing in that it avoids an easy (audience-pleasing) Hollywood ending.

Brad M (ag) wrote: Quirky, Eye-opening, close to the bone Com-a-Horror, a genre I previously refused to deny of existence, largely due to natural incompatibility. My mind has been changed. Relatable too. Watch it.

Jess T (mx) wrote: Buddy. An inspiring, thought-provoking masterpiece. The movie Buddy is one of the best movies i've seen. Touching, emotional, romantic, funny. It made me laugh and cry. I went on the same rollercoaster of emotions as Kristoffer and his mates. I thouroughly enjoyed this movie and cant wait to see it again!

Yuri B (mx) wrote: Jessica Lange & Halle Berry were absolutely brilliant in this film in my humble opinion.

Eliabeth M (mx) wrote: these movies were so great They were so funny!

Tim M (it) wrote: Bill Murray somehow turns a character who is unlikeable into an affectionate personable gentleman in 'What About Bob'. Richard Dreyfuss and Murray have an unmistakable chemistry in a movie that can't offer up much more than that. Final Score: 6.7

Bradley K (mx) wrote: Odd, odd, odd. Despite truly bizarre pacing, this film has all the classic elements (albeit, in the rough) of a Stephen Frears film: unique colour palette, marginalized Brits, classy soundtrack. Plus, Daniel Day-Lewis is mesmerizing. This was a film that needed to be made.

Kenneth L (ag) wrote: This weird, pulpy little movie is sometimes considered the first film noir, and I love it. Its story is straightforward and melodramatic, but memorable, and done with considerable style, especially for a lower-budget movie. There are no fewer than three, maybe four flashbacks, as well as a highly stylized dream sequence straight out of German Expressionism. There's paranoia, murder, dramatic court scenes, sexual frustration, and Peter Lorre in full creep mode. What else could you want? It's great. I highly recommend it.
