It'll work better as a DVD on an undemanding night for those who like mindless violence to supplement their junk food and popcorm consumption. It has potentially interesting central characters - but they have no heart, feel no pain, and in the end I didn't really care. The central idea may be clever - but doesn't add up to much except repetitive and over-long fights. Casting's OK and the budget imposes limitation - the thing is a man who has only 10-minute life segments is doomed to having a repetitive life in too-similar scene lengths. This movie isn't 'BAD' -it just isn't good

Hoffman, Schneider and Olivier are all excellent. A really well-done thriller

Perfect funky music score. Recommended. But it's fresh and different and set in a modern social context. Sometimes the rom/com aspect becomes blurred when you remember Josh's problem. Gets by on the charm of the two leads

Watch it. Overall, another staple plagarised movie from the Bhatt stable, making you wonder just how big their DVD collection is, and where their next inspiration is going to strike!!Having said that, if you want to watch a truly scary, chilling movie, then this one is just what the doctor ordered, you will not be disappointed. I hope that he wins the Best Villian awards for the year 2011. His portrayal makes you wish that you never have to meet someone like him in the dead of night. Not since the legendary Ashutosh Rana (if you don't know who he is, check out movies like Dushman and Sangharsh) have I seen such menace in a villian. Not that there is anything wrong in doing so, I must add!!!!The surprise package of the movie, however, is Prashant Narayanan, who plays the villian. She doesn't have much of a role, and all she does is dress skimpily and indulge in passionate love scenes with Hashmi. The scruffy look, presumably to make him look tough, doesn't work, and there is a lot of him to be seen in the movie, his mug being present in almost every frame!!!!!Jacqueline Fernandes appears to have been put in the movie purely for the tittilatory aspect only. He is totally miscast and really doesn't look the part of the rogue ex cop with a heart of gold. Now for the performances:Emraan Hashmi is in the movie purely because his uncle has made it. No point in commenting on the story etc as it really isnt an original work, but the director seems to have gotten it right as the movie progresses at a good pace, and even though you know how its going to end, it still holds your attention. Lifted, or should we say "inspired" from the Korean film "The Chaser", this one is a rather violent and dark film, with copious amounts of (not needed) sex scenes, presumably to draw in the frontbenchers. The long awaited and much vaunted sequel to the 2004 smash hit Murder, this one is a decent enough entertainer

(the world of acting/writing comedy) There is a tinge of bittersweet in the ending, but I felt this movie was a perfect mix of pathos and saccharine sweetness. I got into the characters and it was very good in terms of chemistry, writing, and the story that doesn't get tapped too much. Some may not like this film, but I loved it. The status quo is dropped when one member finds success, and it shakes up the dreams and realities of the other members. Or the tight knit group always mocks the other, in this story about six friends who live together, dine together, improve together. Characters say how they really feel, then try to laugh it off with a joke afterwards. What I liked most about this easy going drama about comedy is that its not afraid to be a little uncomfortable

It's a classic. I'm glad I checked this one out. This movie contains one of the saddest scenes ever, poetic and beautiful. Glenda Jackson won Best Actress for this but for me it was Oliver Reed who stole the show. The men are both attractive, especially if you like facial hair as I do. It is just as memorable and well choreographed as I heard it was. It could've come across as a silly attempt to shock, but doesn't. There are scenes of great sensuality and eroticism, including the famous (infamous?) nude wrestling scene between the two males. The camera seems to adore the faces of the two couples who engage in that tango called "Love". It's both sexy and sexual, a sort of erotic tour de force. The acting is superb; the cinema photography is at times breathtaking; and a rich decadence drips from the screen. Although it is a little precious and ponderous at times I basically enjoyed the movie. Having recently seen an HBO special about his life and activism I decided to check this movie out. I had no idea that Larry Kramer wrote the screenplay for this movie adaptation
