Charlie (Conaway) is a happy man with a beautiful wife (Roberts), a wonderful career and every blessing a man could want except "...children". When the wife demands a "star child" and Charlie can't deliver the goods, they turn to their crazy neighbor (Calvin) to get the job done, so to speak. Very hilarious and bawdy comedy where "one rooster to a hen-house" is not always the truth.

It 's pretty emotional at times, from the scenes with Mick Foley, to Terry Funk and the disturbing story of Jake Roberts, you get to see a glimpse of what pro wrestlers go through behind the scenes, it's no wonder nowadays, a lot of them drop dead like flies. This wasn't produced or censored by any wrestling company, so the truth comes out. Watch it even if you don't like wrestling. I used to watch it when I was younger and I learned a couple of things here and here. Overall its a well made documentary

Borrows well from its influences and beneath the scientific surface asks some deep questions about life with many religious overtones and interpretations. the third act lets it down, but otherwise a solid effort best viewed on a huge screen for maximum enjoyment.

(gb) wrote: "I Think a woman that does't cry is a woman trying to be a man" Synopsis: Striptease artist Angela is desperate to have a child, but her boyfriend, Emile, isn't as anxious. Although he cares for Angela and wants to keep their relationship going, he's not ready for that kind of responsibility. Godard crafts a comedy that throws all sense of convention to the wind in A woman is a woman. Frequently the actors and dialogue itself break the fourth wall and address the camera as the punch line of many jokes and the music and sound effects themselves break the 4th wall by calling an uncommon amount of attention to themselves. While it's unconventionality provides the picture with it's comedic sense and entertainment value, the central actors and script give the picture it's substance. Despite this being a comedy there are key moments of brief serenity and power as a result of it's excellent writing and played to perfection by it's onscreen actors. A Woman is a Woman is a playful and unconventional comedy with excellent performances and powerful writing. Highly Recommended.
