Gabriel H (gb) wrote: Probably my new favorite DC Animated film. DC really knows how to do animated movies. The story of Justice League Dark is clearly intended for a matured audience. There is a lot of matured content. John Constantine stole the show. Matt Ryan nailed it once again. Overall, fun and engaging story. Highly recommend it if you are a DC fan or fan of magic.

Ahora, el contexto es Irak en 1990 en tiempos de la guerra del golfo, lo que ya dice bastante sobre el desarrollo de esta historia que te conmover, te har rer, llorar y al final sonrer, a pesar de todo. Imperdible.

Victoire Thivisol was amazing as the lead character Ponette - but in all honesty the whole cast (predominantly child actors) were brilliant to watch. It truly was like watching reality play out for most of the movie - thats how good they were.Have the tissues ready - you'd have to be hard-hearted to not shed a tear at this!!

If can be painful at times, where you can feel the bitterness and hatred so well portrayed by the truly passionate cast. It is worth a little research about Albania and Bosnia before you watch the film, to really relate to the amount of pain these people had to live with.
