Ryan C (au) wrote: Really fun Alien rip-off produced by Roger Corman with ladies that can't quite keep their clothes on and some pretty darn impressive gore FX. If you like schlocky Horror/Sci-Fi hybrids you could do a lot, lot worse than Forbidden World.

Shaun B (ru) wrote: It was always going to be a tall order to try and shoe-horn Dracula, The Wolfman and Frankenstein's monster successfully into one film and as a result it feels rather disjointed in parts. It is fun to watch at parts but i just feel they have taken on too much. I felt John Carradine was a poor Dracula but his was a small part anyway. It's the performances of Boris Karloff and J. Carrol Neish as the mad scientist and his hunch-backed assistant that bring a respectability to the film. Although not really a bad film it just doesn't have the classic feel of its previous installments. 5.5/10

Robbie N (nl) wrote: An alright movie, I won't be too harsh on, but there was no doubt room for improvement. The storyline feels recycled and generic, as well as the jokes. Rowan Atkinson does the best he can to save, and his humor keeps it from rolling really downhill.
Dan F (nl) wrote: The found footage approach seems like a way to justify missing anything that would be centralised in a standard cinematic narrative, and that idea is exploited to extremes in this poor effort. The poster's cool, the dinosaurs aren't too shabby and the 'new' creatures are pretty interesting, but there's really nothing to see for long. Trollhunter and to a lesser extent Monsters showed us how to exploit monster movies with found footage (Cloverfield had a notably larger budget so doesn't count), but these guys obviously weren't paying attention. So we wait for Jurassic Park 4 and Pixar to show us what dinosaurs can do in cinemas, because no one else seems to be able to figure it out.

Natalie P (gb) wrote: Really brought back fond memories of when I use to work at tower records back in High School. Only disappointment is they didn't talk about how they started having band preform at the store or do autographs. Still a wonderful rockumentary.
Drew C (de) wrote: When a pair of siamese twins don't really want to be separated, you have the basis for an epic horror plot. Basket Case is a trilogy that tells the tale of Duane Bradly and his meant to be discarded brother Belial. Once separated, Belial immediately attacks and tears the face off of the Doctor performing the separation. From their Duane hides his deformed mutant brother in a large wicker basket and they disappear into the city. Expect a lot of laughs as most of the death scenes are constantly voted to be the Best/Worst/Funniest and the plot is marvelous in its simplicity.
