Nicole S (ru) wrote: I loved the film and would rate it higher if I could. I have to say I never thought there would be so much humour in a horror film. When I wasn't hiding behind my chair I was laughing out loud! The story line was amazing and makes you question how far you would go for family! The film took family love to a different level and still days later I'm talking about it and wanting to see it again!

Ada D (kr) wrote: Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter ... Tim Burton's and Timur Bekmambetov's crazy Action, Horror based off a mashup novel with the same name. We follow Abraham Lincoln, president by day, vampire slayer by night and it's really as cheesy as it sounds. It is visually good, the set design and costumes even down to the lighting is a visual masterpiece but the story, the script and the serious tone throw the whole thing off. The end is rushed and thrown together, the execution was terrible from the beginning.

Even though some of the state of the art effects don't hold up as well as they did there are some that still look quite good.

Ryan V (fr) wrote: I'm usually charmed by the eccentricities of Ed Wood's movies, but Jail Bait contains all the clunky aspects of Plan 9 From Outer Space without any of its endearing quirks. Focusing on a crook who gets plastic surgery to mask his identity, this revenge film is a tepid, cookie-cutter retread of the kind of plots one sees in tired police procedurals. B-Movie fans would be better off sticking to films where Wood exhibits more of his oddball personality.

Jerem M (jp) wrote: Cringe-inducing dialogue in a badly written, overlong soap opera with cars in it. Well, the racing sequences are beautifully shot. So there's that...

Christina E (ag) wrote: Awesome! We all know that you aren't supposed to take candy from strangers, but what about mysterious video tapes that show up in your trick or treat bag? Why not, right? While there are, quite frankly, parts that could put you to sleep, it all ties in to an eerie ending that gets your blood pumping!
