MF J (au) wrote: Beautiful, dense and quite complete, this documentary about the life and philanthropic work of Bob Marley, a man who has changed the musical landscape forever, is a must see for fans or newcomers alike. By focusing mainly on the music and the personal accomplishment of the man, by giving a voice to his family, friends and close circle but also to the people who enjoy his music, we get to see a multifaceted man, on a quest towards personal enlightenment and wishing to bring peace to the world through his words. Great documentary.

Caitlin A (au) wrote: I actually really liked it. The music was really good and the plot was ok. The only bad part was the ending was really weak. There just wasn't alot to it. Other then that it was really good.

Monique Y (nl) wrote: Filmed in a very british style that may not work for everybody. Both main actors give great performances. Would have liked more of the Bloomsbury era's ambiance and a better portrait depicting that famous circle of artists in general. As for Lytton and Carrington? Yes, I do strongly believe in the capacity of one soul to beckon for another. Like in a recognition from a previous life. In the end, the movie proves that sex is overrated and for sure a very weak connector between two people. Go ask any married man or woman if sex is what keeps the bond tight. Moreso, anyone can get sex with relative easiness these days but a true, profound and lasting connection with another human being? A diamond rare to find!

Frdric H (au) wrote: Rewrite is a soft comedy with a bit of romance that tells the story of Keith (a former successful screenwriter) taking a job as teacher in a school 2500+ miles away where he slowly is attracted to Holly (Marisa Tomei). Keith is always great in this kind of role - overall enjoyable.
