Gary D (ru) wrote: Some excellent performances but this is the story Linda Lovelace wanted her family and church friends to believe and is slanted from that perspective. In order to get back in their good graces the biggest porn star must denounce porn and all who are associated with it and have a story that ALL of it was forced on her. Given that it is remarkable that her story is mostly true.

Dg A (br) wrote: I did not enjoy this one bit. It didn't show Michael Jackson in a positive light. Horrible cast, especially when it comes to Flex Alexander. I was supremely disappointed. He turned Michael Jackson--a strong, compassionate, lovable individual-- into a weak, timid pansy. I was very displeased with the acting. And the make-up? Looked absolutely horrid. Flex ended up looking like a ghastly freak, which might be the opinion of many when it comes to Michael Jackson, but most certainly was not mine and will not be of any of his fans. I also strongly disliked the fact that they made Joe Jackson look halfway good. All together, I would say this movie was a very very poor attempt at making Michael look just as amazing as he really was.

Featuring such Cage-isms as teaching your daughter to use a butterfly knife, killing your nemesis with a harpoon, dancing while you disarm a bomb and dreamily ad-libbing the famous line "I'm going to take his face... off," this is a lifetime must-see for all non-blind humans. Even the blind could probably stand to gain from this bad boy. I think Cage deserves more credit than John Woo but thanks for trying. God bless you, Nicolas Coppola
