Art School Confidential torrent reviews

Phillip O (au) wrote: A must-see for fans of the too-short-lived Brazilian art movement. Great performance footage of Veloso, Gil, Os Mutantes--and a spectacular explanatory explosion by Tom Ze.

James R (gb) wrote: Disturbing and even more disturbing is it's a true story.

Ch L (ca) wrote: Another film about life education. Life and death. Very warm and witty. How furtunate the boy could meet such a wiseman in his life. When time has come to tell you that you have to live on your own, how well will you be? When death has come to tell you that you are going to leave your loved ones, how well will you be? French film is always that beautiful and honest telling us about thanatology. Let it go when you can. Treasure it while you can.

Blake P (us) wrote: One of Tim Burton's best film's ever due to the fact that it's stunning and hysterical at the same time. Michael Keaton shows off brilliant wit as the title character Beetlejuice.

Paul C (de) wrote: Bizzaro biopic about William Walker - a 19th century Tennessee-born mercenary who ended up as Present of Nicaragua for a couple of years. Gets increasingly odd and more and more blatantly political as it goes on. It's anti-imperialist message is far from subtle, but it is still worth a look. Made in Nicaragua in the late 80's w/ the help of the Sandinista government. Music by Joe Strummer of The Clash.

Lawrence B (fr) wrote: Ron Howard directs this heavily Speilberg-esque fantasy about a group of senior Floridians, notably Hume Croyn and Jessica Tandy, who befriend friendly life-empowering aliens. For the most part, an enjoyable and warm watch though things never really come together as a whole - themes and characters are lowly developed and the climax somewhat lacks the excitement and emotion that it could have carried. Out of the oldies, Jack Gilford is the most effective as the stubborn, grumpy cynic who refuses to recapture his youth.

v9y j (kr) wrote: One of the best comedies. Rahi Masoom Raza's lines add in no less way to the situational funniness.

Waleed A (nl) wrote: good movie with a nice story told in an interesting way. there were a lot of very creative scenes. visually stimulating (1 viewing)SPOILERSTheory #1 - Dell in our universe is having weird dreams which are actually memories from his parallel universe. In our universe he doesn't end up with her but in the movie Universe he does and it helps him cope with losing her. A clue is that she was lying about being pregnant and was about to confess before he stopped her and figured it out. And he couldn't read anything in the black book, her thesis. At first I thought it meant he can't really understand her or something along those lines but apparently you can't read in dreamsTheory #2 - they really don't end up together in the movie timeline but the two suns in the background mean that is the alternate universe and in our universe they are togetherI didn't really like the girl as a character, she just seemed like kind of a bitch. but I guess the point is that she was supposed to be a little messed up and not perfectI was very close to disliking this movie before that final scene. I was worried it was going to be one of those where you really have no idea what happened at all. But the last scene did a good job of making you understand the different possibilities. if this movie ended before that last scene it would have been completely ambiguous with infinite possibilities. But that last scene kind of narrowed it down a lot[1/13, 9:42 PM] Waleed: That's a great comparison. In neon demon you can literally come up with anything and it might be true. And most of your analysis will just be about metaphors and symbolism. In this movie there are definitive possibilities for exactly what happened in the movie
