Jeffrey N (it) wrote: An absolutely precious film about how each of us, individually, make our way through our lives, especially after realizing, as adults, just how finite our time is. Dealing with fears, loss, expectations, love, etc is at the root of every character in this film, each going through their own perspective. This film is perfectly cast with the best performances I've seen out of these actors in a long time. It is, perhaps, Jason Segel's best acting ever. Though short, easily predictable and full of strange camera shots, nothing takes away the pure sweetness of the story.

Heather M (es) wrote: Very sappy, very bad acting, a bad guy that you feel sorry for...? Yep, this smells of formula romance fiction - Nora Roberts strikes again in dvd form.

Paul D (au) wrote: As much as I love Chevy Chase, I had a hard time liking this movie. There is the odd funny moment or two, but the overall story is erratic and boring. Severe lack of pacing and direction ruin this oldie!

faceless kitty puke (it) wrote: Very overlooked and a head of its time. Very intense and greatly acted.

Samuel C (ca) wrote: A hilarious surreal dark comedy from the mind of John Schlesinger.

Stephanie M (ca) wrote: Gene Kelly's debut and he certainly danced into the movie scene amazingly. He and Garland really were a great pair and they sing and dance together just so well. "Why didn't you tell me I was in love with you?!" Is the best line of the movie. Unfortunately the third act feels dated but was probably necessary for the time given that there was a war on and war bonds to sell. Although it feels almost disconnected with the first two acts.

Takee A (gb) wrote: It was a great movie.
