(es) wrote: WORST FOUND FOOTAGE MOVIE EVER!!!!! Seriously. NOTHING HAPPENS. The end. Anyone that gives or gave this movie a good review either has something to gain by doing so or is A COMPLETE MORON! I must mention that the man and woman who portrayed the main actors did a phenomenal job with the awful script they were given. They are the only reason I was able to get through this absolute catastrophe of a "movie". Wasting people's time like this movie does should be illegal! If you want to watch a Bigfoot movie that actually has a Bigfoot in it watch Exists. Quadrillion times better in every way!
(au) wrote: Worst movie ever the main character was desperate for money and that is not good
(jp) wrote: Great cast that does a great job amid a wonderfully claustrophobic atmosphere and a nice soundtrack too. It's an interesting story that expands as it goes, unfortunately where it wants to be deep it comes across as sparse. Bare bones can be as effective as richly layered, but either requires substance to work and I just didn't get enough of that here.

The two boys become obsessed with 'Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid' after sneaking in to the local cinema, and quickly adopt the identities of the two cowboys. Pure class!

This movie captured my attention from the start and held it throughout the entire film. It's difficult to decide who you should root for, since even the "good guy" has a "bad streak," but overall, it's a great movie.
(de) wrote: I really like this film. I saw it some time ago and enjoyed it but this viewing made me enjoy it more. It reminded me of Network in it's depiction of the media. Impressive considering Network is over 30 years old and Mad City is over 10 years old.Recommended viewing.

(br) wrote: This is Polanski's most well known short, and it's a doozy. It's a surreal and odd little thing, and it is just overwhelmingly charming with it's absurdity and quirkiness. The music is terrific, the images neat, and Polanski's cameo as a hoodlum is also fun.
