Christopher H (br) wrote: With a big cast and Mark Polish taking the writing and acting roles, Stay Cool lands mostly on its feet. About an author who returns to his hometown and revisits old relationships from high school, Stay Cool is slightly above any straight-to-DVD releases in its class, but still lacks that something special that sells it on the big screen.

Rachael B (de) wrote: Took half of the movie to start and it was just gross. No character build up at all. Nothing in this movie was even close to believable. Acting was lacking of course. Your typical D list movie with the most awkward sound track ever.

Connor S (br) wrote: If you have not heard of Bill Maher, he is a notorious critic of religion. Religulous is a hour and a half of him criticizing and making fun of Christians, Jews, and Muslims, with brief pokes at Mormons and Scientology. Being as offensive as it could be, Religulous also brings up some thought-provoking ideas about religion and the state of the human race and provides alot of laughs while doing so. Bill Maher is hilarious (to me at least) and is very clever with his criticisms. I don't agree with everything he says, I think some of his criticisms are unjustified, and I don't exactly know how much of it is true, but that's only 5% of the time. If you are die-hard religious, or even vaguely religious, I doubt you will enjoy this. This film will probably only appeal to people who either don't care about religion or take the opposite stance and disbelieve in religion or god. But if you belong to one of those groups, you will see a funny, clever, and damningly offensive film.

The Church will go through the Tribulation, it is meant to purify the Bride of Christ. Church wake up and stop buying into Cyrus Scofield bunk theories dressed up to look like scripture.

Its a very intense film as well, with many scenes masterfully being both extravagant while nail biting as well. But its the performances that truly made my jaw drop. Djimon Honsou is a very underrated actor I feel. He put everything he has into his character, and I felt his emotion and pain in all the right ways. Jennifer Connelly also is terrific in the film, proving she still hasn't lost her touch to connect with the audience. But of course, it's Leonardo DiCaprio that steals the show.
