Andrew D (gb) wrote: A bad Lifetime TV movie about the real life story of Sarah Pender wrongly accused of murder and serving time in prison for it. It's bad enough that this film got made but an even more injustice that the makers of the film didn't even bother to get their facts right and instead have filmed the lies and not the truth. The truth is Sarah got railroaded by a justice system that doesn't want to admit it's corrupt. That's the movie that should have got made.

erocustom (kr) wrote: This is a prequel, the ending has been set. Just when I thought they have painted themselves in a corner. Boom, they made it fresh again. It was the ending and credit scene that plused it so much more. well done.

John H (kr) wrote: A Japanese film of extreme oddness. This uses the Cube approach to budget filmmaking, by mostly constraining the action to a small set (the inside of a steampunk lift). It's easy to forgive its faults, because all that oddness makes up for it.

Michael H (gb) wrote: Nicely respectful of the original film, this remake amps up the adrenalin-charged action while skimping on the depth to deliver a gripping but empty-headed thrill-ride.

Steve S (br) wrote: jeezus. What a freaking propaganda film. I fear for what the united states may become in the future but damn, i really fear for the world if china gains ascendancy. Dear god, what a hive mind, what a lack of concern for the individual.

Emile H (au) wrote: Throughout the history of American comedy, no other magazine spawned brilliant humor and more stars than National Lampoon. You'll be surprised how many of you or your parents' favorite comedians were involved in such fantastic work. This documentary takes multiple personalities of the lucky bastards that got to work for something that felt anarchic in both the writings and the behind the scenes. Many reminisce on some of the best AND worst of times working for National Lampoon, and how it got everyone's attention by pushing the envelope for what was deemed appropriate...and what was funny.
