David W (de) wrote: A refreshing indie comedy, with some fantastic young actors beautifully shot and directed. Good for kids 11+ and adults.

Karissa C (br) wrote: I like it. Annoyingly hilarious and sweet. The plot is simple and nice. The characters are annoyingly wonderful. It's a chill movie.

Kenny S (fr) wrote: For a short animated film made by a film student...this a great piece of work. It is the inspiration behind the feature film, and you can see why producers like Tim Burton would see the talent in Shane Acker and produce a feature length version. There is no dialogue, just a simple little story told entirely through the amazing visuals, which are really incredible when you think of how low the budget must have been for this.

Maybe the universe was once young like you and the sky was all ablaze. As the world grew older, it grew farther away. When I look at the sky, through the stars, I only see what has disappeared." - "Cinema replaces our gaze with a world in harmony with our desires." - "Knowledge of the possibility of representation consoles us for being enslaved to life.Knowledge of life consoles us for the fact that representation is but a shadow." - "It's what I like in Cinema. A saturation of glorious signs, bathing in the light of their absent explanation."

Laura M (nl) wrote: I really enjoyed this movie. It had one of the more interesting confrontation/climax scenes. The actors were all fantastic in this as well. I also wouldn't be surprised if Eric Kripke drew inspiration from it for Supernatural given how the brothers interacted. At times it came off like CIA!Dean and grad student!Sam

Christopher C (jp) wrote: Not really that funny. It is more of a coming of age story. The story is pretty good and concentrates nicely on each character. The characters do a really good job. It was good to see Alan Rickman. Overall it was a decent movie.

Alex T (br) wrote: It's not a classic, but it is a disposal American comedy with some genuine laughs. Owen Wilson and Jason Sudeikis good value.
