Asif K (ru) wrote: Siddarth Annan's light romantic comedy takes an abrupt, 11th-hour turn for the melodramatic that imbues it with unexpected resonance without seeming completely contrived. Bachna Ae Haseeno grows more serious and interesting as it contemplates the various permutations of romance in a culture with rapidly changing sexual mores. This movie was very different than I expected. When they were talking about three loves in one lifetime, etc, etc, I thought they were really talking about love. That is the mindset I went in with. worth watching. nice.

Stephen E (ag) wrote: Wilson is upset. He's disheveled, confused, and angry. It's all in direct correlation with his wife's suicide. He's not really angry at anybody or anything; just angry. Maybe at the world.Love Liza is slow-moving, confusing, and plotless, but it's something that you won't find all that often; genuine. It's had a considerable amount of time put into it, and while it isn't utterly perfect, it's honest and relatable to anyone whose experienced a loss in their life. Most of all, Love Liza is anchored by a strong central performance from Philip Seymour Hoffman. He's always good at playing an emotionally strained character and here he does not disappoint. It's great to hear him yell.

Rit W (fr) wrote: I love this movie, George Hamilton made such a sexy and funny Dracula, I would have let him bite my neck. I love humor and he did so good at it so did Susan Saint James, it brought back so many memories of that time and era.

Allan C (it) wrote: Roger Corman brings us another low budget sci-fi flick, this time cashing in on the popular atomic age scare stories. Corman's tale is about a group of survivors following a nuclear exchange, who predictably end up at war with each other and also find themselves fighting a silly looking costumed radioactive mutant. Only worth watching for die hard Corman fans. If you want a better nuclear scare film from the height of the cold war, watch Ray Milland in "Panic in Year Zero!" or Harry Belafonte in "The World, the Flesh and the Devil".

Andrew K (us) wrote: Hilariously low budget and campy, but very entertaining. Sure there's some boring moments, (slow scene of car pulling out of driveway.... zzzzz) but the campy moments and stiff lines are hilarious. This is also Steve Reeves' first movie. The only real dramatic part is the surprise ending, which is equally as hilarious. Nice.

Passable on its own but a bit disappointing given Speilberg's involvement. Would have been better with more sinister thugs.
