Zenobia O (ca) wrote: This movie was surprisingly entertaining and not totally annoying. Really good acting for the most part.

Dorothy H (br) wrote: I thought it was rather entertaining and funny:)

Nick W (kr) wrote: Very interesting to see a 16-year-old and middle aged version of Drew Barrymore. Very talented actors were casted.

Tara V (nl) wrote: Mom only made it halfway before she had enough, and I liked it but the trailer for Black Sabbath looked like even more fun. Watching my way through Danny Peary's 100 Cult Movies. His essay on this one augments a lot of cool features of the flick: the grossouts, all the pieces that compose the sublime creepy atmosphere, the mobile camerawork, Bava's unrealized promise (blown by his silly use of colour), and Barbara Steele's dominance.

Einstein continuing Ivan The Terrible saga, who after loses his wife from a poison drink received by his aunt, eventually get even with her and the perpetrators involved who chose not to be loyal to him. Long to some but a real life figure who's part of Russian history which like the first one made like a Shakesphere play! 3 out of 4

Bill M (it) wrote: Since I count Seven Samurai as a top Western, this must be one of the best boxing movies ever made.

John P (gb) wrote: Garbo being mistaken for a bloke is beyond ridiculous but the rest of the film's shiny, glossy atmosphere is simply divine, just like our leading actress.

Kevin R (us) wrote: I handle what needs handling.A section of Detroit known as Brick Mansion has a wall built around it to keep all inhabitants locked inside because things became too unruly. Rumors of a drug lord getting his hands on weapons of mass destruction and more drugs than you can imagine emerge and a special task force begin taking down his drug dealers. An undercover cop is sent to work with a vigilante of sorts to bring down the drug kingpin."I prefer to be free."Camille Delamaree, director of Transporter 3, Colombiana, Taken 2, Lockout, and 22 Bullets, delivers Brick Mansions. The storyline and overall premise of this movie was a remake of the French film District B13. The action and acting was just okay. The cast includes Paul Walker, David Balle, RZA, and Gouchy Boy."You can never trust easy."I came across this on Netflix and had no idea this was a remake of District B13. This was very disappointing and a huge step down from the original which was a new age martial arts classic. I recommend skipping this and seeing the original. Nathan M (gb) wrote: Directors Megan Griffiths and Tania Kupczak do a great job of bringing life and charm to the story of a character coming to terms with her past. Watching Toni Collette's character try and find her ex-boyfriend, who was previously thought dead, is something that could have been solely about the journey. Instead, Collette and the directors do a great job about making this about the character. We care about Ellie and what happens to her, and the person she becomes. With some great supporting performances to keep the story feeling fresh, Lucky Them is a pretty decent film about characters trying to grow up and move on from their past.

Carlos R (mx) wrote: I watched in when it came out in theaters and enjoyed it. I tried to re watch recently but only got half way through the side-sequel before I had to bail out. Thinking It should have been named The Cross Something, like the upcoming The Janson Directive starring The Rock. I have to say its just mad decent.
