(es) wrote: Yeah, I will agree with everyone else on this one. Did anyone even give a shit when making this? Clearly it was not Marc Webb or anybody else.

(de) wrote: I dunno... this got great ratings, and I loved the predecessor (L'auberge espagnole), but this was was just too diffuse and slow for my taste. Having the same ensemble cast spread across multiple cities and countries was not nearly as effective or energetic as the first film.
(au) wrote: A great film, just great.

(it) wrote: Amazing movie, end is too clich though. And the kid couldn't act for shit.
(jp) wrote: As a baddass gangsta movie it fails miserably.....as a gentle genuinly funny buddy romp its a triumph. Two lads need money so start robbing tour busses in the Highlands...absolutely brilliant.
(it) wrote: Surprisingly dull. Despite the number of people who get killed, there were maybe 2 sequences that were at all captivating.
(br) wrote: This is an entertaining, if sometimes uneven movie. Lee and Cushing get to work together onscreen, which is most enjoyable. Lee gets to slay some monsters and Cushing comes equipped with one-liners and charm. That said, Telly Savalas is under utilized. While he's wonderfully sadistic (par for the course), he gets precious little screen time. The music is also an odd choice. It's dated and has a 70s meets Spain flourish to it. Not a bad movie, but not as good an adaptation of Who Goes There as The Thing from Another World or John Carpenter's The Thing.
