Suanne L (it) wrote: Like all French movies it is slow and deep. This movie is about life after death. Please pay attention if you want to grasp the whole thing. Every details counts. Enjoy!

Terren P (it) wrote: Great story of four different pioneers leading the electric car movement in the US. Great picture of Bob Lutz (GM) and Elon Musk (Tesla). Amazing sequel from the original movie that came out just five years ago and was focused on how the movement was killed.

Mad M (de) wrote: Not good. They took a decent premise and drug it through terrible acting, a slow story line, and shallow perspective. The real struggle is how long to give it before you turn it off.The lead is horrendous; her character is grumpy without any redeeming qualities. The good news is that she's so bad that you know it can't be her real personality.

JB R (fr) wrote: Excellent little tabloid thriller from Stuart Gordon based on a true story. Underneath the fairly straight-forward (and sort of ridiculous) set-up is a grim undercurrent of societal decay and apathy toward others. Suvari is great in the lead because as much as the viewer despises her inability to act, we can all sort of identify with it. Stephen Rea is also amazing in the difficult role he plays. The film builds tension nicely and is full of gore and black humor.

Paula B (de) wrote: This one took me off guard. It's an excellent movie. It has so many elements in it...suspense, a certain amount of mystery, surprise, action, contravesy. The scrpit is defintely noteworthy and the acting very good as well. I would highly reccommend it to all.

Frances H (us) wrote: Well acted by a group of young actors who would go places, in an excellent screenplay that exposes a story based on a true incident, and shows the inhumanity and brutalizing influence of war, but doesn't let the perpetrators off the hook for that. In the real incident, all of the soldiers raped the girl, but that would have been too much for a movie audience, who would have to have a hero. It was true that all the guilty got off with lighter sentences than those to which they had been condemned. What the note at the end doesn't say was that the real soldier who was "Clark" in this film, who stabbed the girl, was later implicated and found guilty in the murder of a black soldier on a ship.

Thomas S (nl) wrote: A post-apocalyptic flick, done in a Hallmark movie style, as in prepare to cry! No shit blowing up or people disintegrating, drag! We watch as a family stuggles after nuclear devices are set off across the country. As the people start to die from radiation poisoning, babies, then children, sad part, (cry here).Who will be next? Not my kind of flick, worth a watch only if President Obama is the only thing on TV!

Mark W (ca) wrote: Terrible movie. Complete mess of a film, dry narration, lame acting. Just a flaccid, boring attempt at something "quirky". I had a really hard time taking any of these characters seriously. The whole film feels like a satire of a Lifetime movie, right down to the intensely unlikeable, narcissistic, paper thin lead woman... written by a man.Should the main character take responsibility for her own actions? Nah, she's a pretty woman, she can do whatever she wants. /sarcasmAnd what about the girl at the end who confesses her love to the leading man? I guess screw her, right? /sarcasmAnd what the hell is with the serial killer? Just shoehorned into the plot for no reason. Completely superfluous. Not to mention that by the time his plot resolves, our lead protagonist has committed vehicular manslaughter with no real consequences. But that's ok because she's pretty... right? /sarcasmThis film didn't need to be made, and it shows. Sonic youth should sue the production staff for besmirching the name of their great album.Despite all this, I still think Kat Dennings is very pretty. But I think that's the point.

Dave J (us) wrote: Friday, March 11, 2011 (1981) Road Games SUSPENSE/ THRILLER Interesting idea starring Stacey Keach as meat truck driver, while driving, suspects that the driver riding on front of him is really a serial killer! With the use of vehicles and the same musical score as Mad Max II, that instead of cramming it with car crashes, what this film has is great suspense such as extreme paranoid thoughts! Labelled as trashy and low budget, this actually makes the most of whatever money they had and made it into a well made drive-in feature film! More influenced by director Alfred Hitchcock who went on to direct Psycho II! 3 out of 4
