Tyler D (mx) wrote: This is one of my favorite movies of all time, it perfectly blends the two basic genres of comedy and tragedy, and adds new realism to the sub genre of "school shooting films" with realistic dialogue and problems that happen in everyday older adolescent life.

Christina S (ru) wrote: This movie is about as terrible as it gets. A ridiculous plot with terrible characters who are vile. And at the end, blame it on the boyfriend. Boo. I would have expected more from Ann Hathaway.

Paul D (ru) wrote: Vigilante film with the emphasis on violence and a style which enhances the shock factor. However as the characters develop they become less believable and the ending is weak.

Tarun V (mx) wrote: Awful. This makes Aaj Kal look like a fuckin classic!

Melissa W (au) wrote: this ones probably kool just like the other ones. :)

Stephen C (nl) wrote: Talk about and undiscovered gem,Roman Coppolas 2001 film nevre saw a relase in this country and thats a real shame considering some of the shit that poses as film which washes up on UK shores. The film pays homage to a greta deal of directors and subjects ,from the Godardian black and white camera diaries to the Classic Italian action movies of the 60s such as Diabolik and of course Barberella. If like me you love all film then Coppola has given us a movable feast. The story as it is involves Paul (Jeremy Davies really good) who's complicated personal life is muddied even further whne he is called upon to help out on a Sci Fi film called Dragonfly. Its a fluff piece of course but slowly Paul falls for his leading lady and tries to create a film out of all the pieces. I had soo much fun spotting all the references to other film makers ,including of course Coppolas own father who started off working on Sci films for the great Roger Corman. Coppola has gone on to direct second unit on his sisters films ,but one wonders when he will follow up this rahter good debut. Seek this out if your a buff like me you wont be dissapointed

Carlton R (au) wrote: A real classic, this brought the great Ray Winston to the acting world, he shone in this role about the ups and down of life in institutional care, its violent, cruel but compelling and the phrase [ Im the Daddy was born] great

Scott C (mx) wrote: Extremely atmospheric - the sets are beautiful and exotic-looking. I wonder how much Casablanca was inspired by this, if at all. Unfortunately the characters aren't very likeable and their relationships to each other seem very false by today's standards.

Farah R (mx) wrote: Disappointing and hard to follow as the script is unintelligible and the events incoherent. With its cast ensemble of Hollywood A listers, Inherent Vice is as dis satisfactory as it is unnecessary.

FactionDave 0 (kr) wrote: One massive inside joke and made for the fans of the Kevin Smith universe. This movie is a lot of fun and a lot of laughs, Jay and Silent Bob really can hold their own.

Alice S (ca) wrote: Quite adorable! I used to not care for Nicholas Hoult - mostly because of his uncomfortably attractive elfin features - but he's all hunched over and oatmeal-tinged as a half-sentient zombie who lives in an abandoned airport in a post-apocalyptic future, so I can dig it. In this gritty yet comedic send-up of "Romeo & Juliet," R catches feelings for Julie, the headstrong daughter of the general in charge of eradicating the undead. He kidnaps her to keep her safe from other less evolved zombies, and they eventually strike up a bond. The R&J parallels are pretty cute, and though it pains me to say this, Teresa Palmer is the blond, Australian, more emotive doppelganger of KStew.
