Matt D (au) wrote: Excellent. Should be known in schools. Good summary of conservatism and what is wrong with Washington the last 100 years.

Luke A (it) wrote: Definitely interesting, but came off as amateurish at times, especially some of the opening shots. I feel this would be the kind of movie you would find on ID, History Channel or Discovery, not released and advertised as a bone chilling horror. I guess I've become desensitized to stories like this because the only thing that truly scared me was the cruelty of abandoning mentally impaired people. Maybe if this movie was a little more gruesome and uncut it would have worked, but all in all nothing special.

Scott K (br) wrote: Wonderful. "The signs are not to be questioned, we are." A stunning vision of the sacramentality of all life. If you're still a Kantian afterward, you're mad!

Scott A (de) wrote: This was included on Monsters University. It was okay, but Umbrellas falling in love??Also, most of it was real life, then they just CGI'd eyes onto things. The Umbrellas themselves had fake looking cartoon smiles on real umbrellas.Decent, but nothing magical like Paperman was.

Daryl K (it) wrote: All the convoluted back-and-forth about scheming to marry off daughters is secondary to the dancing and chemistry between stars in this Argentina-set musical comedy. Outside of Ginger Rogers, Fred Astaire and Rita Hayworth are probably my favorite pairing of his. They only did two films together, but they're a match on and off the dance floor here, and whenever Hayworth is on screen, she embodies the title of the film -- very glamorous. With some good songs by Jerome Kern and Johnny Mercer, 'You Were Never Lovelier' is one of the better Astaire vehicles.
