The primary focus of this documentary is on the process of perception and how it affects our understanding of historical facts. The means the director has chosen is to use aerial reconnaissance photos of the Auschwitz concentration camp from the time of World War II and from the 1970s, to see what expert CIA photo analysts can make of them. Some of the insights they come up with are astounding, others are ironic or amusing. Along with the photo analysts' discussions, the film features a narrative which conveys many statistics and other facts from the period. The issues of camouflage and deception are central to the discussion. Though reviewers found that the documentary never became entirely coherent, they found its explorations intriguing. . Greg W (es) wrote: good mix of comedy & adventure in this gereatric road pic like 'grumpy old men" on the road.

Ben F (kr) wrote: Brisk and fun look at the hostile relationship between fans and creator, but could have explored the effect on George Lucas' psyche in more depth.

Nitsake P (ru) wrote: Very creepy with a chilling twist. Julianne Moore is one of the most flexible actresses, artistically. she brought urgency to a movie that could have easily been flat and boring. Jonathan Rhys is amazing and incredibly talented. his ability to switch from one personality to another is seamless.

Dimitrisfl D (br) wrote: A decent work. A rather normal cast except Jessica Alba's horrible performance barely manages to deliver. But the twists and turns in the end make this dull-until-you-reach-the-final-thirty-minutes film with just-above-the-average direction and full-of-mistakes editing a really pleasant film to watch.

Anthony S (ca) wrote: Not great filmmaking but good for a couple laughs... Probably funnier if you're high.

Donnie B (nl) wrote: An existential minimalist mess, I'm sure of four things: (1) it's beautiful to view (2) it's beautiful to hear (3) it's interesting to contemplate (4) Robert Pattinson is terrible.
