(gb) wrote: I wanted to like this movie, but there was something very special and unique that I enjoyed about the first one! That was Vin Diesel! Without him, it just feels like a joke! Trying to make it all colorful and hip, like "Yo yo, homee, yo!" Doesn't make it any more embarrassing than what it is then and now!

(gb) wrote: A great classic film. A stellar display of acting by all the main and supporting cast.
(ag) wrote: Waste of time!!!!!!!!!!! The script was badly written, the actors sluggish. The ending seemed like they couldn't do anything else for the movie. Zombeavers was a better thought out movie.
(br) wrote: Based on the Tony Award-winning play of the same name, 99% of this film is set entirely in an apartment as two sets of parents, one played by Christoph Waltz and Kate Winslet, and another played by John C. Reilly and Jodie Foster, meet to discuss a brawl that happened between each sets of parents' sons on the playground. What starts out as a civil discussion soon turns into an all-out war as each parent reveals a nasty trait about himself/herself, leaving none of them as sympathetic characters by the end. The performances are great, but by the end, the feeling is so claustrophobic you'll be relieved when the credits start rolling, even if the film is only 80 minutes long. 6/10.
