Teegan T (es) wrote: this movie is okay typical young boy stalks sexy middle aged girl and everyone thinks shes dulsional or whatever. i wouldn't watch it again though. it's okay..

Heather M (fr) wrote: I tried to watch this movie, but I didn't relate to any of these characters and lost interest in it before the halfway point.

Michael G (gb) wrote: Bello and Sheen deliver some of the best most natural acting I have seen. A harrowing and believable account of the weeks after a seperating couple's son has killed himself following a highschool massacre.

Sanity Assassin (ca) wrote: another enjoyable episode of middle earth. highlight of this one had to be legolas.

Malini R (br) wrote: What a movie!!!! What else would one want of life....if not like this!

Jose C (de) wrote: My favorite Miyazaki film so far.

David B (es) wrote: As much as I love National Geographic, after seeing this turdpile I vowed never to watch another of their feature (i.e. historical fictional) films... The acting, dialogue and character development are so bad and pathetically one dimensional with some of the battle scenes and other more "intense" scenes just laughable! All you come away with is a few dates and battle names and the vague itinerary of the most famous pirate ever without learning a damn thing about his personality

Gena D (au) wrote: I'll admit I barely remember this and my version was a little screwed up as far as the subtitles went. I suppose I should just watch it again. ;)

Dimitri S (gb) wrote: It's a good funny movie. Good story. Good cast. The best movie from Donald Petrie.

Chris C (nl) wrote: The sparking chemistry between Harrison Ford and Anne Heche is enjoyable enough to overcome Six Days, Seven Nights' inevitable predictability.

Ryan E (fr) wrote: Like 24 but in a movie and less right-wing.

Rodrigo A (ag) wrote: A dark and grim, but ultimately endearing fairy tale, this Guillermo del Toro represents a startling mix of originality and adoration to classical beautiful dark things that inhabit our imagination.

Edward P (de) wrote: Good heart warming family movie great

Bill B (ca) wrote: Gave this blind buy a spin and was pleasantly surprised by how solid it is, even if things are a tad paint by number with 'the new kids' arriving in town to stay with relatives after they lose their parents, then running afoul of the local hoodlums. James Spader is apparently ALWAYS vaguely creepy, and it's a pretty fun little outing for all involved.Give that mother a look if you can track it down.

Cindy I (es) wrote: A brutal look at the last days of the second World War for a group of Japanese soldiers in the Philippines. Our protagonist is a TB-infected soldier who the hospital won't admit because he isn't sick enough, as he 'can still walk". He is run out of his unit because he is eating valuable food -- mostly yams -- and not able to contribute to gathering it. He then meets up with a variety of soldiers who aren't much better off than he is. He witnesses illnesses, cruelty, starvation and even cannibalism in the end. The horrifying events shown are even more shocking in that the story is based on true-life, a book written by a soldier who witnessed all this and probably more. The only ising that keeps me from giving this a higher rating is the first few minutes of the film. Our protagonist is standing at attention while he is reamed out by his commander. This reaming-out is basically exposition of the story. I would have liked it more had the action been played out rather than just explained. But other than that, a quality film from beginning to end.

Steven K (fr) wrote: best movie I've ever seen very well made

Jamie I (gb) wrote: Not a feel good movie but it was good. Why does Will Smith always look like he's on the verge of crying (even when he's not gonna) during his dramas? Recommended.

Greg R (nl) wrote: I like this movie, but its not for the reasons why other people do. I personally don't find this movie good but I was still entertained by it.

Wes S (au) wrote: Bit of a boring survival film that has so many things that make little sense or add to the plot. The characters are a bore and the ending was unsatisfying. This film is too slow to be suspenseful or entertaining.
