Anthony ‘Blest’ (Mark Webber) is one of the most talented and notorious graffiti artists in New York City. Despite the tragic loss of his older brother during a nightly 'bombing' foray with a graffiti crew, Anthony has the same insatiable addiction. With the other members of his ‘crew,’ Anthony parties, shoplifts spray-paint and 'tags' virgin walls with his signature 'Blest.' He does his best to avoid run-ins with the cops and hostile rival crews, but he can’t avoid the pressure from his mother to attend college, and from his girlfriend to leave New York with her. As tensions rise, a physical threat from the cops causes the crew to intensify their bombing excursions, calling an all out war on the city. When the inevitable confrontation happens, a tragedy results that pushes Anthony to make a decision that has even darker consequences.
A tribute to graffiti art and the city where it all began. Blest, a 19-year-old graffiti writer, has just graduated from high school. With no ambition toward mainstream goals of work and ... . You can read more in Google, Youtube, Wiki

But it isn't all doom & gloom he then went on to achieve incredible things. The film demonstrates how amazingly calm a man he is despite what he has been through. The scenes where he worked with Robert Redford are extraordinary. This documentary delves heavily into the spirituality of Buck and how he not only helps the horse but often the horseman. A tad slow in parts but overall a great film.

Daniel G (jp) wrote: The Science of Sleep is definitely a hipster flick, not that that's a bad thing, but it totally is. With plenty of funny props and stop-motions, it's a very aesthetical film. Story-wise it's not anything out of this world, but it's interesting. Somewhat relatable, the way we can act like complete dumbasses when we're with people we like. In what seems to be a happy ending, once you think about it, the aftermath is actually quite sad.

Michael W (ag) wrote: Not bad for a B horror movie. A dead rock star comes back from the grave to get back at his home town. It full 80's heavy metal movie! Brings back some memories for this aging rocker! The storyline is cheesey, but okay. My wife says Gene Simmons as the D J was in on the singer Sammi Curr's evil plan. The movie is set on Halloween, and the school dance. Sammi wants his revenge and a few teenagers try and stop him. Entertaining. I give this movie a rock and roll two stars.

Margarita S (kr) wrote: This movie was filmed in the 60s, but takes place in the late 20s to early 30s. If ever a movie blended two periods together perfectly, this would be it. Wood is a phenomenal actress who demonstrates unbelievable range in this role. Overarching themes include: Generational gaps, class gaps (nouveau riche vs. poor), sexual tension/repression and mental breakdown. Characters are excellent archetypes and representations of these key themes. A simple story executed with intensity. Wood and Beatty are heartbreakingly convincing.

Tim L (ca) wrote: Film critics are so stupid with what they look for in a movie...this is the single best dog movie I've ever seen...the score captures the emotion of the movie perfectly, and if you're a true dog lover, I guarantee you'll cry at the end...one of the only two movies I've ever seen that I can say that about. Considering Gere is the lead, the acting is actually pretty good too.

Robert M (jp) wrote: A somewhat interesting, intense sci-fi movie that??s quite out of this world. Vin Diesel was fairly decent in this one, as he played a vicious psycho-path who has the power to see through darkness. Overall, this was an okay movie with some decent scenery, visuals, and killer aliens who??s only fear is bright light. As darkness closes in on this mysterious planet after many years, survivors must push their way through out in the alien abyss in order to escape carrying with them their most critical and only weapon: lightness.

I think that the only reason a fourth film was made was to produce a popular soundtrack with the chipmunks and up incoming actress Bella Thorne who has a beautiful singing voice and now I'm just trying to find that song she sang at the end of the credits but am having no luck.Anyway the film is about the chipmunks and a teenager named Miles from try to stop Dave purposing to Miles's mother so they take a road trip to Florida. The plot is just one of those rehashed family movies plot's but hey I laughed a lot.You know the rest acting not good although I've always said Bella Thorne has potential and with her singing voice if she was in a musical then that would be the first musical I would go see in the theater, aside from Les Miserables remake I saw that in the theater but yeah this movie just put it in if you want cheap laughs if not stay the hell away.
