(au) wrote: It's a fine little documentary but it comes off more like a commercial for the race more than anything else. It tells us about the people chosen for the TransPac sailing race and their six month training. But it all goes really fast and then we are in the race and then it's over. There are eleven people on the team but we really don't take time to get to know them.Plus there are voice overs read by the kids on the boat that don't have any emotion to them. That got old real fast.

It had a solid story, plus Anthony wong was funny and brillant as the widow father. What i like most is the film creative humor and western feel.

The story and visual were so inspirational, yet still so imaginative and full of magical lurking in all the sence of movie. Such a powerful and unforgotten work of art. I assure this movie will never fade away inside the audiences hearts

(gb) wrote: Funny but only get the DVD if there's nothing else availble. Martin Laurence is not a very good actor without Will Smith at his side...
(us) wrote: Cannot stand alone as it's own film as it relies heavily on flasbacks and over lapping timelines of the other films but overall I enjoyed this one for it's stronger focus on story over gore. One of my favorites in the series.
(de) wrote: Yes, it's so stupid but funny and very good entertainment more than original Star Wars.
(au) wrote: There are very few flaws in this film. Extremely well written, funny, entertaining, and overall enjoyable story. The Rewrite does not fail deliver. Very highly recommend.
