. You can read more in Google, Youtube, Wiki

Michael D (au) wrote: Probably the worst film I have ever seen. There is absolutely nothing to like about this movie. The acting is beyond terrible, the story is ridiculous, and the script is painful to listen to. These are only a few of the endless list of complaints.

Cathleen R (kr) wrote: Sarah Waters combines two of my favorite things -- lesbians and the Victorian period -- so I wanted to like this movie, but there were several problems with it. The story was interesting, but there were holes in the plot. It made the movie feel disjointed in a way that didn't seem intentional. That was my biggest complaint. Oh, and the sucky musical score.

Jesus O (de) wrote: Gore was good and all and the anticipation leading up to the end was decent, but the ending was just plain trash. As another person commented, just too many loose ends. If you want a movie where you can sit brainless and be entertained then watch it, but don't say I didn't warn you about the ending.

Heather F (br) wrote: A quiet film but really great. Some of the performances are so moving. Got some good giggles out of it too.

Brian C (de) wrote: Fantastically suspenseful docudrama, with above average re-enactments. Even though you know they survive you sort of dont believe it.

Brynn H (kr) wrote: i actually liked this even though it seems no one else did...and i don't even like angelina jolie...

Jared L (us) wrote: Fascinating movie... Opened a whole new era of history I wasn't exposed too...

Troy S (kr) wrote: not a bad flick considering it was based on a true story.

Monica A (de) wrote: loved this movie I've watched it a billion times

Jacob L (ca) wrote: Believe it or not, I like Joel Schumacher's Batman Forever more than this movie and here's why. All the mistakes of the first film are made even worse in this film as the story is so cluttered and so unfocused with its 3 new characters Penguin(Danny DeVito) and Catwoman(Michelle Pfeiffer) and Max Shreck(Christopher Walken) that Batman gets very little screen time! That's so unacceptable to have Batman put aside while half of the movie is given to the villains with confusing motives. Overall the main problem was that Tim Burton had too much control and made this film way too adult and dark this time to appeal to children and adults like the first. But what were the good aspects? Burton still nails the visuals and the performances are great so I still enjoy watching this film but I was still disappointed in the end so I am giving it a 3/5.

Danny R (fr) wrote: Businessman meets magical bartender who shows him how his life could've been in this flat and tired melodramatic fantasy.

Anh H (kr) wrote: a typical cheesy movie from the 80s but fun to watch.

Dale R (au) wrote: not as good as Gilliam's other films

Bill T (ca) wrote: Somwwhat odd jaws clone about a guy who wants to protect sharks so much, he'll feed you to them! Apparently the guy is some sort of shark god or something, and that sharks will swim with him and do him no harm. This makes him feel he needs to protect them as much as possible. So, off you go poachers, girlfriends, and sleazy club owners! The main guy in this is a bit of an anti-hero, so you don't have much to cheer for. Actually, there's nothing much in the movie at all.

Underrated Movie R (fr) wrote: It's not bad, ok yes it is, but it's not the WORST thing I've ever seen but it is however ONE of the worst.

Scott M (ca) wrote: probably the worst theatre production ive seen. seen local pantomines that are better. the person who plays shrek holy christ dont give him another job.
