Keenan S (au) wrote: This is a film that is confused as to what it wants to be, but it is a surprisingly likable and oddly compelling mess for an Australian western/romance. The script could use a great deal more polish, but as it stands, Return To Snowy River is a fine film on its own merits.

Matt G (fr) wrote: The second film in Bergman's Faith Trilogy is an emotionally stirring and breathtakingly honest film that studies faith in a way that few other films do without being overly judgmental or dogmatic. While FAR from entertaining, its purpose and success is to hypnotize with its quiet beauty.

Aayush S (de) wrote: Just saw "The Bicycle Thief" or "Bicycle Thieves" you can call it. The movie came in 1948. This Italian Film is directed by "Vittorio Di Sica". This movie is a true Masterpiece. It is a masterpiece in film making, not just Italian movie making but it is a landmark movie in our cinema industry. The movie is about a man who has been unemployed for many months but finally gets a job of putting up posters. He & his family have been living in poverty & they are excited to know about this job. But the only requirement for this job is that he should have a "bicycle" for this job. The thing his wife does to get him a bicycle made me so emotional. But the bicycle gets stolen on the first day of the work. The journey of a father & a son roaming the streets of Rome to get the cycle back takes you through an emotional side of human nature. In the end, I would like to say if you haven't seen the movie please go & see the movie. This is the one of the best movies you will ever see & will tell you about the real human nature that we see around us now. Lamberto Maggiorani & Enzo Staiola did such a magnificent work in the movie.Highly Recommended. ????
