Burzynski, the Movie is the story of a medical doctor and Ph.D biochemist named Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski who won the largest, and possibly the most convoluted and intriguing legal battle against the Food & Drug Administration in American history. His victorious battles with the United States government were centered around Dr. Burzynski's gene-targeted cancer medicines he discovered in the 1970's called Antineoplastons, which have currently completed Phase II FDA-supervised clinical trials in 2009 and could begin the final phase of FDA testing in 2011–barring the ability to raise the required $300 million to fund the final phase of FDA clinical trials.

(br) wrote: Having really enjoyed the first part "Masti" in 2004, I was totally looking forward to this one.The trailers/promos made it very clear that this was not gonna be some kind of a coy comedy, it made no bones about being a straightforward ribald laughfest. And it delivered........and how!!!!The entire movie, from start to end, is packed with some really funny(and some not so funny) "non veg" jokes and situations. Funnily enough, it actually has a storyline, which seems plausible for the large part.In terms of the acting, well, Riteish Deshmukh, once again, proves that he is the king of comedy. His expressions, comic timing, dialogue delivery, everything is done with such perfection, and effortlessly, that he is a pleasure to watch. The other 2 leading men are adequate. From the 6 leading ladies, the only one that stands out is Karishma Tanna. She looks the part, and doesn't go overboard in the crassiness quotient. (Disclosure: Karishma is a friend, so my opinion might appear biased, but it isn't). I am fairly certain that she is the only one of the 6 that will make serious inroads into the hindi film industry in the coming months and years. The music is disappointing. The first part had some really great music, and this one falls flat in this department.A lot has been made out about how this movie further strengthens the stereotype of women being sex objects and male chauvinism etc, but then again, I would really not want to get into that argument, there are other battles to fight in the world. In summary, I would definitely recommend this one to you, with the provisio that if you are going to an Italian restaurant for dinner, do not be outraged when you're served pizza and/or pasta.Laugh your worries away (Especially in the scene in the tent with Bruna Abdalla and Riteish Deshmukh.

Free from traditional dinosaur design, the rubbers monsters are more weird and the landscape is quite psychadelic. Add the legendary Peter Cushing, the fetching Caroline Munro and some beers and you're good to go. Special to me because it was the first film I saw at the legendary Oritani Theatre in Hackensack.

Even though she has a young face, I didn't not believe her as a parent (unlike with Natalie Portman and Tobey Maguire in "Brothers"). Sam Claflin is dependably glassy of eye and taut of lips. This is a somewhat typical best-friends-of-opposite-genders-grapple-with-romantic-feelings movie, and of course, we know Rosie and her faux-beau, Alex, will get together at the end, but not before years of missed connections, awkward wedding toasts, safety-school marriages, and bitter divorces actually melted some cockles of this reviewer's cold, dead heart. The platonic besties friendship was all very reminiscent of Anne Hathaway and Jim Sturgess's in "One Day" - a movie I also didn't bet on, but was still delightfully surprised by.
