Mark A (ru) wrote: Mary Elizabeth Winstead puts in a very sincere performance. A serious yet not depressing film.

Paul C (it) wrote: Very well done, somewhat non-linear, atmospheric thriller. AJ Bowen's performance as the Garrick Turrell is especially a standout. While shot with hand-held cameras (but not "found footage" style), most shots are fairly steady. The "look how shaky we can get this" style shot is used occasionally, but not so much that you will need Dramamine. Well worth a look.

scott g (us) wrote: asylum the wonderful company behind such classics as mega piranha and mega shark vs giant octopuss, come at us with eartquakes, okay they were crap, and so is this, again crappy effects, terrible acting, and the late brittany murthy, looking ill as usuall with the roles around this time, a talent wasted she was.

Brian S (au) wrote: Not a bad action flick, with a whole bunch of notable actors, such as Robert De Niro, Jessica Alba and Michelle Rodriguez, and a fun reference to the cheap ass grindhouse pictures of the 80's. It's super entertaining and really violent and gory, but it's fun and overall pretty good. Although, I do find it a little pretentious in the fact that it tries to look like a blockbuster HD action flick. But anyways, recommended !!

Haley B (au) wrote: I really knew nothing about this film before I rented it, besides the fact that three directors contributed, and one of them was Ken Loach. Being the big fan of his work that I am, I decided to check this one out. This film is very different from anything that I had expected. It all takes place on one train heading to Rome, but is three seperate stories, focusing on three different groups of people. I liked the first segment, and thats about it. It was a nice little tale that portrayed an aging businessman torn over his love for his younger assistant. It was a bit lengthy, but I enjoyed it. It was emotional and well portrayed by the actors. The second film really was not well done. It was really really long, and annoying. There wasn't much story at all, just an older woman screaming at a young man. There was too much footage and too many long shots. Now, the third segment was definitely my favorite, as I knew it would be. It was great to see Martin Compston and William Ruane teaming up with Loach after their amazing performances in 2002's Sweet Sixteen, one of my all-time favorite films. The story was really interesting and kept that interest, it wasn't too long or too short. The acting was fantastic by all three leads. The writing was really something as well, there were so many great lines with great delivery. Tickets is a movie that is hanging on the fence, but Loach really brings it from a sinking stance to one that actually works and survives.

Steve B (au) wrote: Average thriller movie with indian cuties on the verge of being killed by... loose tigers! Only one dance number at the begining with producer Shah Rukh Kahn.

Nico D (au) wrote: Great cast, good story about a mysterious man that escapes to Interpol and a woman trying to help him... This is a very good film, however the last 20 minutes are really stupid. For the record, "The Tourist" with Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie is a remake of "Anthony Zimmer".

Cory K (mx) wrote: A Sydney Lumet masterpiece, and one of the best epic crime dramas around.

hana s (it) wrote: in this film kabir bedi looks super hot.

Corey B (fr) wrote: Only Jack Lemmon can make a guy so despicable and dirty so sympathetic. While the movie was bleh Jack Lemmon was good in it. What if CC Baxter (from 'The Apartment') continued letting execs use his apartment as a sex pad this is what he would've ended up being.

F B (mx) wrote: Easy to watch with some mildly funny moments.

Eugene B (jp) wrote: Although far less memorable than the original, Next Friday still is able to produce some laughter, even when the film is obviously inconsistent, immoral and offensively gag-filled. 4/5

Amy H (es) wrote: The cover of this DVD said the best horror in UK, i really doubt that! Was not even frighten for even a minute and the whole movie is just weird! Not losing much if you miss this.

Chuck G (es) wrote: Great Exciting Movie.

Pavan R (gb) wrote: Quite an exciting story which builds up beautifully and the actors perform superbly to bring it to a good climax...good watch
