Mandy C (ca) wrote: It's always a great fun to watch how the opposite attracts. Plan Man brings it up a notch higher, by placing this two extreme opposite ends together. An obsessive compulsive disorder librarian with a messy and free-spirited bar performer. While the movie started off well with a totally planned yet humorous life, the movie takes a steep turning when the lead starts leading a more free-spirited and impromptu life. The movie was sadly pulled back down to reality when a flashback from a traumatic childhood follows and placed Plan Man right where every other romantic comedy with a melodramatic ending Korean movies. While both the lead seems to share a common awkwardness working together, it doesn't seems glaring in the movie as it is part of how they are supposed to be. And first time director has done a great job in showcasing the OCD details while making sure the audience stay focus on the entire changing process. While the ending could have been better, the current is sufficient to put a smile on the audience face on the way out of the cinema.

Justin J (au) wrote: B+A fun, drama filled movie with lots of good looking characters! I love Lucy Hale and I probably wouldn't have watched this if she wasn't in it, she did amazing as usual, and the rest of the cast were pretty good too! Expect fighting, kissing, partying, and more fighting, overall its a fun loving dramedy(Drama-Comedy) that is well acted, and well scripted!

Bill T (es) wrote: Pretty stupid and convuluted. I've seen most of the Cthulhu inspired films (Yes, including House of..) and this is probably the worst. Just too much plot totally mars this one.

Also, Chuck Norris eats a rat in this movie. Yes.

Mark S (es) wrote: The worst of all the James Cagney films I've so far seen. They used to say if you can't fight wear a big hat, and you'd think that Cagney's character was a right wimp here as he wears a hat that dwarfs him. With that and a glued on moustache he just doesn't look right, but that could easily have been forgiven if the film was any good. As it is there is some nonsensical plot concerning a banana company, a rebel causing it problems and some night-club singer/card shark who wants to get back to America and somehow gets entangled in the whole affair. There's a few funny wisecracks along the way but for the most part this is a very dull affair.
