Ricardo A (br) wrote: Despite some creepy momentos, The Houses October built it's a lazy found footage mess that doesn't deliver as much as you can expect from the concept.

Mark F (au) wrote: This is the best acted, best written Christian movie I've seen. Unlike some, it doesn't hide from ugly realities of life which gives it credibility. It has a message but it's not preachy; it comes organically and in a way that acknowledges that life is a messy business. They also portrayed church the way church should be portrayed. And by church, I don't mean the parts inside the building, I mean the lunch group on the quad - the visible community within the community - and inviting the outcasts into it etc. I think they nailed the theology in this one. I think I also related to Jake as he went through that transition of wanting to be cool and popular to wanting to make his life count for something more and knowing that different path would mean losing his friends and reputation. In summary, this is well worth checking out, Christian or not.

Talitha B (it) wrote: Quite what I expected from it, a terrible movie. Even though Vernica Etxegui and Dani Martn did a good job with their characters, the movie just sucks. But then again, only bought it so for my silly obsession with everything Dani Martn.

Steve V (ag) wrote: Really banal story, only few devotees can enjoy it. I can't understand the role of Natalie Trundy, in this movie she's acting like a statue, doing nothing that it's important. In My opinion the saga had to finish with the second chapter. I really banal Hollywood movie...
