Adrian Z (br) wrote: There are some strongly disturbing scenes, and Daniel Henshall's portrayal of Jon Bunting, one of Australia's worst serial killers is certainly chilling - but the plot unfolds so slowly and in such an unfocused manner, it's often you might ask just what is going on. Lucas Pittaway's very minimalistic performance, as a teenage boy dominated into submission by the killer, can also be unnervingly cryptic.

Being the 21st C, this is all done in a brutally graphic style: heavy rain, mud, blood and guts. Throw in a few extra nasties: zombies, witches and other monsters. The result is a romp that does not tax the intellect to hard. On the whole not too bad, if you like this sort of stuff.

Braylon B (nl) wrote: Its one of the few sequels that actually compliments the movies that came beforehand. The movie is good do largely to the great acting job of Tony Curran who played the antagonist Marcus. He made the movie good because he's one of those villains that can strike fear into the audience. This movie is all about the villain. If you like a good villain this is the movie to see.
