Sam Bowden is a small-town corporate attorney. Max Cady is a tattooed, cigar-smoking, bible-quoting, psychotic rapist. What do they have in common? Fourteen years ago, Sam was a public defender assigned to Max Cady's rape trial, and he made a serious error: he hid a document from his illiterate client that could have gotten him acquitted. Now, the cagey, bibliophile Cady has been released, and he intends to teach Sam Bowden and his family a thing or two about loss.

When attorney Sam Bowden (Nick Nolte) knowingly withholds evidence that would acquit violent sex offender Max Cady (Robert De Niro) of rape charges, Max spends 14 years in prison. But after released, Max stalks the Bowden family and sets out to ruin it. . You can read more in Google, Youtube, Wiki

Nate R (ru) wrote: One of the best Australian's films of late. Debut Director Serhat Caradee has created a brilliant urban drama that has been so well cast you forget they are actors. Cedar Boys keeps the viewer immeresed with the well written script.

Guy H (ag) wrote: While the ariel scenes can be very confusing, it boasts amazing performances from Bow, Rogers and Arlen, visually stunning cinematography and amazing direction as good today it was 90 years ago. Definitely a forgotten classic of silent film.

Leon B (fr) wrote: I have to say when i first saw this movie when i was 6, i really enjoyed it. I thought that now sees i'm grown up i still think it is still very good and there should be a sequel, but i don't think it would work if they don't have Robert Englund as Freddy. I don't get why some fans weren't happy with Kane Hodder not reprising his role as Jason, although it wasn't his fault, it was up to the director. But i don't think there is a difference on who plays a masked murderer because he doesn't have to speak. The only thing i wouldn't of liked if Robert Englund didn't reprise his role as Freddy Krueger, that would only be the thing i would be upset about.
