Paul N (ca) wrote: A good idea mostly ruined by a) A shonky script, b) An awful English baddie, and c)without doubt the worst CGI/model making I've seen since the 1970's when the sports car crashes down to the culvert. Had to rewind twice as I could believe it was really that awful!

James C (gb) wrote: I think "gripping" is the best adjective you could use to describe this movie. It starts heavy and doesn't let up.

Matt R (it) wrote: Great, solid as all the Jesse TV/movies

Renan M (jp) wrote: An interesting look at being in a world you feel you don't belong in. The performances are good and there are some great moments but the film feels scattered. The film seems almost confused about what it tries to accomplish.

Sonal N (de) wrote: I did like the story though of course it did contain the bollywood elements but what I really loved about the movie was the cinematography...And the location is in one word - beautiful. Some shots in this movie could just be frozen to create the perfect photograph. And Arshad Warsi, of course, manages to be the perfect comic relief

Dr Jay (ru) wrote: I know this was a independent movie, but it seemed more like a student movie

Jimmy M (nl) wrote: Kudos to Casper Van Dien for being the only actor to be outacted by a computer generated snake. Kill me now.

Harry W (gb) wrote: Gattaca is a gorgeously realised sci-fi romance that is so extremely tense that it borders on uncomfortably erotic at times, with Uma Thurman's stony gaze and glaring eyes boring right out of the screen and Ethan Hawke's smoulderingly adjusted return to this being an example of perfect casting in a film. Unfortunately, Gattaca is so uber-stylish and incredibly in depth that it very exclusive and kind of pretentious at times. It doesn't appeal to mainstream audiences that's for sure, but that isn't a bad thing. It's not really my sort of thing.

Private U (us) wrote: Did I hear you right? You really want a movie in which Chuck Norris can turn into a Bear, a Hawk and a Wolf then team up with some kids to foil the evil plans of some lumberjacks!? May your wish be granted!

David K (ca) wrote: Breathtaking and skillfully put together by Irritu and his cast. Stayed with me for several days after the initial viewing. Not exciting or dramatic, simply thought provoking and moving,

Drago C (it) wrote: An 80s masterpiece with everything that involves: explosions, one liners, a buddy-cop theme and aliens. This movie has it all and it is fantastic. It deserves to be up there at least with commando and Predator 2 if not Aliens, Predator and Diehard in the book of fantastic 80s action movies. So if you're looking for a good dumb action movie to waste your time consider Dark Angel/ I come in peace.

Kevin S (gb) wrote: A story I throughly enjoyed, well acted and a predictably happy movie. Not a heavenly themed sports movie more about the transition from India to the pitching for a major league team in the United States. A true story with a good story to tell.

Christopher M (ru) wrote: This is a very emotional, humorous, and thrilling movie. I like it because you really get to know the characters, and when Pete died, I almost started crying. It is the ultimate underdog and revenge story. Very good if you like cars, emotion, and underdogs
