Dan S (ca) wrote: An intriguing, well acted story about two boys accidentally switched at birth, and how they and their families discover the truth after one of them applies to be in the military. This is a fascinating coming of age movie concerning identity, religion, politics, and allegiance to one's country, and how to deal with an impossible situation with no simple solution. As said, the acting is really solid, and the handle director Lorraine Levy has on his material is evident. The story hits a few lulls once in a while, but for most of its running time it is arresting, original, and ultimately pretty heart-breaking, even though it ends as positively as it possibly can given the circumstances of the boys and their families.

David S (mx) wrote: Hall Pass is first and foremost meant to be a comedy, and that is exactly where it fails. With little to no moments of true genuinely funny moments, it tries a commentary on marriage and accepted adultery. It loses itself in this message as well. The movie has few redeemable features, glossing over crude moments, blending a cliche trope of characters, and an embarrassment for the key actors. Hall Pass can be easily passed over for anything better.

Kamran S (gb) wrote: Mann is a very romantic movie between the two unequal persons how meet on the ship and got love each other. i realy realy like its story. and also the character of Manisha Corala.

Shawn R (jp) wrote: This movie could have been four starts if there was a better production team behind it. Totally jumped around way too much! Samuel Jackson was the worst casting imaginable! What a fail.

Wes S (br) wrote: A low budget oddball of a film, it's no masterpiece but its just kooky enough to be entertaining. The characters are silly, the gore is great, and the basket monster is cheesy. The story is pretty goofy. It' all comes together as a fun bad movie.

Deni O (it) wrote: Could have had some redeeming qualities considering the subject matter but saw so few. Watched 90 minutes hoping to see Walt's big breakthrough, the first draft of Micky. So disappointed. I gave it a 3 because it truly is a safe family movie.

Ace T (jp) wrote: As a story, this isn't something that's 100% original and never been done before. All that being said, all you have to do is match a pro like Pacino with a criminally underrated talent like Cannavale and what you palpably get is one hell of a heartwarming, crowed-pleaser.

Rae K (us) wrote: Predictable movie but still sweet and charming due to its actors and actresses.

Thomas H (us) wrote: An engaging drama with strong performances and some genuinely great moments.

MF J (kr) wrote: A little sci-fi movie well shot & quite nice to look at but nothing here is new or surprising, it's a total Netflix.

james m (de) wrote: I like this movie alot and it may be my favorite film by the Wachowski's. Although I'd seen Speed Racer on Mtv late night back in the day I was never really got into it. After seeing this movie however I'm really excitedc to go back and check it out since I thought the Wachowski's interpretation of it was so well done. From begining to end I was sucked in, I loved the style and the story. The races are over the top and ridiculous with alot of visual effects that are mind blowing which I loved. Maybe some people don't like that type of thing but I was impressed with how they turned the style of the old cartoon show into a realistic movie. The script is well written and comes full circle from begining to end which makes the movie feel finished and well thought out, more so then any other of their films, many of which I enjoy but just don't think were as well thought out or finished as this one. It's obvious they're fans of the old show just from the care they took in translating it into a film. I'd have to think that fans of the old show will love the movie, while other people have the chance at viewing a differn't kind of racing movie obviously based on a cartoon. That premise may not appeal to everyone but anybody who is interested will not be disappointed.

Liam O (gb) wrote: I gotta say, I really loved this movie!!! As a Rooster Teeth fan I can tell you that you will enjoy it having no experience with Rooster Teeth content. This film was very enlightening and a whole lot of fun. It was an original plotwhich is something I liked to see. The humor was so well thought out because they really didn't want to go too far. You should definitely give this movie a chance
