(ru) wrote: A magnificent film starring a magnificent man. Rex Harrison was perfect as Doctor Dolittle, just as he was perfect as Henry Higgins in My Fair Lady. This movie is just great all the way, and I loved watching the opening credits ever since I was 4 when I first watched it. And my favorite songs are Talk to the animals and My friend the doctor. Anyway this movie is a true masterpiece. Rex Harrison rules!
(gb) wrote: If you are a fan of dancing films, and specifically ballroom, then I guess this has a fair amount in it to satisfy the eyes, as for the story in between it is lacking in originality, only the dancing is worth watching, otherwise it's only probably only worth seeing the once, a slightly lame romantic comedy drama.
