The story is just ridiculous and the film feels badly dated. I swear back in the 90s there was a stage when they were just churning out shit films, and this is a perfect example

Its a great Christmas movie as it has some real hard and sad moments but it will also pick you up and make you smile. I brought this after Paul Walkers very sad passing and have watched it every Christmas since. This is a great film and can't understand why with such a well known cast that it doesn't get any credit

I didnt care or relate 2 these ppl at all. This movie is different and has its moments but I thought most of it was pretty stupid

It's no less cheesy and absurd than its predecessors, but Escape from the Planet of the Apes is one of the more original and character-oriented entries in the series, with a tense and inventive plot that has a refreshing modern feel to it

Entertaining to watch, none-the-less. His stand-up-style schtick is clever- but doesn't always push the story forward. Watching "So I Married An Axe Murderer" again for the first time and I notice so many underworkings of what later became Mike Myers successful "Austin Powers" trilogy of films

f course Astaire is also fantastic - even though you know that, in real life, Rita would be way out of his league!. The choreography of the musical numbers is simply stunning and the plot is a lot of fun with some genuine laugh-out-loud moments. For that reason alone I have given 'You Were Never Lovelier' a half a star extra than 'Top Hat'. I love Rita Hayworth and in my humble opinion she's a much better dancer than Ginger Rogers (and receives much less credit)
