Nicki M (us) wrote: Boring load of. Rented this as I had my mother over and thought Diane Keaton and a cute dog might be the thing. Forget it. The dog is barely in it before it goes missing and the rest of the movie is about trying to find the dog and the "hilarity" that happens along the way. Not interesting viewing at all. Even my mother thought it was dumb, and she's enjoyed some howlers.

Ross H (us) wrote: An odd little movie. Laura Harring (Mulholland Drive) plays a housewife who is married to an abusive asshole of a husband. Their kids are screwed up because of it as well. Laura's character has these dream sequences with this fantasy man where everything is wonderful. It's ironic that the man in these fantasies is her husband. This is a little film that doesn't try to go for big aspirations. It basically turns out to be a road movie because of the situation of Laura's decision concerning her husband. A few good moments. It's just that there's a lot of screwed up people in this. Watch it once. That may be enough for most.

Gail B (ca) wrote: I LIKED this movie. It entertained me, it made me laugh and it kept my interest. There were many fun cameos from well known actors and as usual John Travolta and Uma Thurman sizzled. I'm not always looking for serious movies. This one won't win any awards and yes it's a silly premise but for a Netflix night at home it was perfect!

The ending is riveting. Every American should see this to relate to our wounded veterans. And besides it is one of the best Indies I have seen in a long time.
David A (jp) wrote: Annoying, cheesy, upsetting, and solely made for 3 years old when they should make movies that should apply both kids and adults; "Casper" literally dies right after we are introduced to its main villains that probably came out from a Looney Tunes' episode. Everyone was so needy in this movie. I want this, I want that, grr! You're already DEAD! There's nothing you can achieve with a ghost body. Stupid humor, poorly paced, and just overall a bad movie.
