Juan Gabriel A (nl) wrote: I coudn't wach at the screen after 5 minutes. The actors are horrible, and it just tries to sell a pseudo romantic story packed with pseudo philosophy and taken out of context quotes from Nietzche. If you like Nietsche and you like the Yalom Novel, don't watch this. It just hurts.

Charles L (nl) wrote: As a certified chef, and wholesale food purchasing agent, I can assure you that the threat is real, and this film should scare the living hell out of you. There are more than one study that show that gmo grains and legumes reduce animal fertility in farm animals fed them as feed, and some evidence that the same occures in humans that consume the animal. In fact, several countries out and out ban there import. Most shocking is that the very companies that produce gmo seed, are patenting as many non gmo seeds as they can get there hands on. This is a CYA move in the event of crop failure of gmo crops, but do we wan't these same companies holding a patent on what could be the only solution to world famine? I have seen the degradation of our food supply and worry about huge food interests wielding so much power that they supply foods that are at best only "good enough" for stupid consumers, raised with lower standards, who do not know any better. Do you really think that when I enter a cook off, that I buy meat from a major packer...or that I source it from a small local organic raiser? Do you really think that I eat that crap? I am forced to serve this shit to you though, because U.S. consumers will not pay (in most markets) the extra dollar to eat chicken that actually TASTES like chicken. When all of you become allergic to anti-biotics and dying of weird "new" diseases (heads spinning around backwards and stuff) I will be happily munching on organic food my next door neighbor raised!

Aaron G (us) wrote: Great action scenes... which replaced any character work, which was secretly the foundation of the first two.

Sean D (kr) wrote: Good stuff! Tim Burton does it again, a rehashing of a classic horror mystery right at the end of the decade. Danny Elfman nails the haunting score that we have come to know and love in Tim Burton films. Johnny Depp jumps into the seat of the detective Ichabob Crane and unlike the cowardly one from the Disney film, this one is locked and loaded and feels fairly confident but a troll. A bit awkward, a bit crazy, our hero has a dark backstory. The plot is pretty good. Somewhat predictable at times, but not at all overall.
