Craig T (jp) wrote: Though, at times, it plays like a contextless videologue of white privilege, its spine of goodwill shines through. These are flawed people, not entirely aware of just how they're flawed, but I enjoyed spending the weekend with them and sussing that out for myself, which is to the film's credit.

Zane U (mx) wrote: This seems like a movie where the filmmakers said "let's try to make it as bad as possible to gain a cult following! It's all the rage!" So, while it might have been amusing had it's total badness been unintentional and therefore genuine, it is instead just stupid. I'll admit that I laughed at some of the bad dialogue, but I just couldn't appreciate the low-budget schlockiness because it seemed so carefully created.

Michael T (au) wrote: MGM pulled out all of the stops for their first musical starring Jane Powell, and the film was a big hit in 1946, but it's all a bit overlong and overdone.
Mayank A (au) wrote: Taught Provoking movie with an interesting plot asking hard questions with no perfect answer. It puts forward the questions on vigilantes, are they good or bad, are they needed. Shows the short coming of justice system, shows in what all way vigilantism may go wrong. In the end I was left thinking aren't whom we call super heroes in comics actually vigilantes, we look up to them but aren't they are supposed to remain in comic books.
Stuart M (fr) wrote: Not really enough happening for my taste. I usually like this kind of deductive reasoning thing, but it's just a series of interviews followed by a big reveal. I like a little more plot in my films. Finney is fun as Poirot but that's the main plus in seeing this film.
