Fed up with her parents' bickering, poor-little-rich-girl Maya (Dylan Penn) moves in with her boyfriend who is squatting in an old, condemned building on Manhattan's Lower East Side. With neighbors that are meth heads, junkies and degenerates, this depraved hell hole is even more toxic than it appears: After a virus born from their combined noxious waste and garbage infects the building's residents, one by one, they succumb to a terrifying pathogen that turns them into bloodthirsty, rampaging killers and transforms their building into a savage slaughterhouse.

Condemned torrent reviews

Paul R (it) wrote: While it does lack the so-called "zing" quality from Swanberg's "Drinking Buddies," and the script is more or less scant and meager, "Christmas" is uplifted by truly charismatic performances from everyone in the cast -- especially a young toddler whose performance is oh-so infectious that it'll make any hardened curmudgeon melt away. The best aspect that it downplays the sort of conventions that plagues some coming-home-for-the-holidays type films, and keeps its focus on the characters. If anything, I look forward to the Swanberg's next micro endeavor.

Parker R (it) wrote: The script is juvenile and boring, Willis and Morgan are given horrendous dialogue that overshadows their charisma, and the entire film goes from being unfunny to downright irritating.

Josh W (mx) wrote: I had to laugh my ass off when somebody did a piss poor ripoff of Sam Jackson's infamous "Snakes on a Plane" line at one point in the film. It's a hilariously campy romp through the surprisingly empty, zombie free streets of LA. It provides enough entertainment for an evening.

Vincent D (br) wrote: As is often the case with Disney direct to video sequels like "The Lion King II: Simba's Pride" (1998) or "The Return of Jafar" (1994) this film was simply lower quality than "Tarzan" (1999). This film is a prequel, focusing on Tarzan's childhood, and trying to find his identity, similar to Gonzo's experience in "Muppets from Space" (1999). Only one of the Glenn Colose return from the original. Brenda Grate made her best efforts to replace Rosie O'Donnell as the voice of Terk, but it just wasn't the same. The most surprising cast member of this is George Carlin. To see a big name in a direct to video movie is one thing, but to see George Carlin in a children's film was even more off kilter. It's a simple story. This one is geared much more as a children's video collection movie than a family animated film.
